CARIBBEAN comfort food in a CAN | Corned Beef - A local TRINI favorite

Corned Beef and Rice is typically known as the 'lazy man' or 'bachelor' style food...but it is one of my favorites and actually the first thing i ever cooked with my dad. Some people include potatoes in other while other especially in Jamaica include cabbage.
I went with the plain and simple way for this video but you can feel free to experiment with it! Have fun cooking!
