The buy orders at a level are resting orders, and they often get pulled or spoofed - how do you actually use this for an edge. Tell me how do you know whether they are simply sitting there to fool traders and getting pulled when price gets there. Compared to that area remaining a solid point of support? I see whenever price goes toward the area of heavy red, the red goes away, how do we know these are simply not orders getting pulled from the book compared to it being a firm level of heavy buyers intending to be filled? Any pointers on how to get an edge when watching price approach these levels? I see heaps of times where price gets to that level , red lines dissapear and price rebounds , sometimes red line doesn't dissapear right away and still rebounds so how do you get an edge?
I trade Spy and S&P only watching /ES chart and bookmap. Bookmap shows historical order data you cant see anywhere else on level 2 /T&S which also move too fast to keep up with.

So if we see sellers aggressively seeking at the bis we would go down right ? But if we see buyers buying the ask we go up right ? I was using this today but I failed to realize that we didn’t break the buyer wall in apple today
I know I'm a year late to this video, but here we go. Not bad. This is a bit of a claustrophobic narration because there's no context to the day. You didn't describe a setup, or levels you're looking for. I think this would be a great supplement to the 5m or 15m candlesticks that allow you to see a setup for entry.
This is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for as far as a simplistic tutorial goes. I scalp SPX and use /ES as the confirmations. So THANK YOU!

you can go bigger time intervals but its mainly used for day trading

If bids can clear the sell wall and the passive sellers get absorbed by the aggressive buyers then we should see it go up

Use higher timeframes to find levels on an actual chart. Use bookmap to gauge if buyers or sellers are at the level of interest
