    Heater hose between silencer and pipe has worked for me. As much as you ride in the woods may want to consider fabbing a Spark Arrester. I took metal fly-screen, and epoxied it to the inside of the silencer, has worked good to this point...

    How do you run no tensioner do you use half links

    • @LAHover
      @LAHover  4 роки тому +1

      With ever bike, motor, chain, sprocket combo being different it just depends on the build.
      In this case I got lucky. I'm using a #41 roller chain and I had enough room in the dropouts to move the when for good tension. This did leave my pedal side chain a little loose, so it's a good thing I have hand brakes, just incase I drop the chain.
      I have used half links on 415 chains before to achieve the same results.

      Wondering what mods you decided to do? The stuff I did that woke up my bike: widened exhaust 4mm and raised it 2mm. opened up transfer tunnels as wide as possible without making casting too thin, polished. Widened intake 2mm, lowered 2mm, manic mechanic short intake ( $30) matched intake pipe to port. Removed choke on ht carb and radiused the air filter side of carb Venturi, clamp on uni filter. Decked head with sandpaper until 0.7mm squish. Mz 65 copy pipe, matched to exhaust port. Replaced spark plug cable with Accel 8mm and boot. b7hs ngk plug. On a flying horse 80cc. 36 tooth best all around sprocket, with a 32 it would max out around 58 on flat, or slightly downhill wind resistance limited, but cruise around 45 all day with power to spare.

    Hey I'm having the same problem with my bike when I pick up full speed at like pluab buababbaba, did you figure out the problem is it the jet or something else some people say that the stock jet in the stock carburetor is too big they said a 66 jet it will be good?

    • @LAHover
      @LAHover  4 роки тому

      If it does it every time you hit full throttle, it's usually caused by a fat jet (to rich). You can move down to a smaller jet (try a 68 first, than a 66). Getting better air flow can help as well if you want to keep the stock jet. Shave down the filter cage, clean up the air box and add more vents on the side of the box. Drill a 1/4" hole in the exhaust cap, or buy a pipe.

    Bolts that Come off , even after You Put Lock tight on ( let it Dry , don't Ride After you put lock tight on , give it a GOod 12 hours _)
    Never use Red Lock tight ,, even On the Locketight Bolts that Are Coming undone ,, just Try to Get a Bigger bold . And Use Diffrent Kind of BLue , they have Gel , Liquid ( thick and thin) .. and Stay Safe out there !
    God BLess
