Have you played with the Cold Steel SRK?
Also SOG makes my favorite EDC knife the TERMINUS XR G10.

Very nice i used to carry a lirtle pocket knife when i was a teenager many moons ago it fit in the palm of my hand i would go to my inlaws late at night after work that was my self defence
