Matlock Bath was always a bikers meeting place, used to ride over there in the 80's regular. Back then on a Sunday bikes stretched from one end of Bath to the other, you would never even try to park a car on the street back then. Chris
That adventure had a lot of Golden to it. Stop start rain here. Very stoic about the van engine. I'd be well fed up with that. I'm trying Shilajit at the moment as I have some CFS/ME and I actually think it is helping as I have been able to start doing a little exercise but I do like nettle and lemon balm tea a lot. Shilajit is an interesting one. Tastes like ancient plants and rock minerals and will be amazing if I have found something that really helps but it's still early. Rhodiola is another that I find great for out walking on a sunny day. Just makes it feel more sunny! Might work well for doggy walks?
