Really good tips sir. The only think I want to add. In my experience I will never sai I don’t know 🤷♂️I mostly try to find something near to the question that I know and explain it in relation to the question

For small scale industries they wont share JD based on our resume only they will put us in suitable position.dont share your expected salary in figure.its better try to skip that part.2nd or 3 rd time they are requesting means plz say high figure from your end.dont hesitate.its my side tips

First of all a big thanks on these tips sir. One question I had. Regarding current salary - You mentioned to state the market salary and mentioning actual salary is not required. However during joining formalities, HR will ask for previous employer salary documents. At that time there can be a discrepancy. Requesting your inputs on this.
This is the case in India but in the US they do not ask for your salary slip
If the numbers don’t match use photoshop 😊

Your tips for attending an interview were very useful. I learnt many new ideas from this video. But I have a few questions to the interviewers. In which theory it is mentioned that people who talk about bad organization and bad managers are not worth being recruited? Is being true to oneself and to others is a curse in this current world? Also please put up a video for the interviewers on how to select the right candidate for the organization. Because sometimes interviewers think that they are super humans, and they have the capability to find out the suitability of a candidate within a few minutes.
When we complain about previous employer or manager, we come out as a whiny kid who is not satisfied with anything. They get only 30 mins to evaluate us. Better to present ourselves on the positive side.
Also, what are we achieving by complaining about previous employer or manager in the interview? It is not helping anyone but only could hurt our chances.

Appreciate your inputs. Instead of telling the truth about previous employer/manager, why are you encouraging people to hide and normalize these bad organizations/managers. If someone can create a toxic work environment, Im sure we should all be able to say that it’s a toxic work culture without guilt.
Surprised that note that someone else can also think on the same lines as I do. Appreciate your courage in expressing your true thoughts in a forum. But most of the professionals in this world will not agree with this approach. In today's world, candidates who have good communication and acting skills that can deceive the interviewer are the most successful. Also I have a question. I would suggest to buy a home for our needs rather than as an investment. If you can afford, go ahead and buy rather than waiting. You can always refinance when the interest rate goes down in the future.
