Completed this workout today. 40lbs on front squats and swings. 20lbs on burpees and pushups and 30lbs on curl to press. 1-5 rounds in 8:10. 9 rounds in 26:24. Finished 10 in 34:43. By the way I’m 53 years old and a cyborg
I did this training sesion and I can say it's very complete. I like push ups with dumbells and it was new for me burpee with dumbells. I helps you to transfer stregh from front to up. Swing series has left me stiff forearms. That's good signal.
Watched the video...this doesn't look too bad. Started workout, rounds 1-5...so far so good. Round 6...hey wait a minute this is starting to get hard. Rounds 7-10...just about killed me. 25:35, 207 cal burned, 131 bpm average heart rate, 54 yr old.

Amazing workout Gents! Could barely stand afterwards, completely out of breath. I know everyone is different but if you were to ballpark how many calories you would burn in this workout, what sort of range would you give? Something like 500-750?? Thanks!
As you mentioned, it will vary extremely based on individual effort, experience etc. Calories burned during the workout is not what's important. It's about boosting your resting metabolism to burn more calories all throughout the day and eating well, controlling the calories you're taking in each day.
I just saw this video, was short on time & decided to try it out, only I did 10 reps for every exercise & every round, needless to say I died after round 8 in 27 minutes, didn’t worry about weight I used, not bad for 48 but it’s only a number anyway!
Should aim for around 40-50% of your 1 rep max. But really will depend. Just want a weight that's light enough to make it through all reps, yet still a challenge to finish!

Obviously you need to be in a caloric deficit to burn off body fat. However, do no exercise and you'll end up with a metabolism that's slower than when you started. These workouts are designed to replace boring cardio sessions and crank up your metabolic rate - making fat loss - that much faster.
Yeah. Guess if you're not willing to do the workout in the video, that's all you would get from it. Anyone forcing you to buy products to improve your results? Nope? It's a sneaky workout. Starts off real easy but doesn't end that way.

As little rest as possible. Goal is to get through it in shortest possible time - so push yourself and do as much as you can handle.
