Just finished this workout. Curls and Db extensions= 30 lbs. wood chop=20lbs Zottman curls, kick backs and Db v-ups= 20lbs in 12:25. Can’t do same weight on all 6 exercise.
The workout is osm but to reduce booty I need workout everything in my body is good but booty is not reduced can you please list the workout to reduce booty....
Any alternate for dumbell v ups?

Add three extra reps on all the exercises instead of 3-12 it was 3-15. Did that in 20 minutes.
