      Hey! You can perform any of the following:
      Burpees / Ab Crunches / Leg/Knee Raises / Bicycle Crunches / / Reverse Crunches / Planks / Side Planks...

    Just finished this workout. Curls and Db extensions= 30 lbs. wood chop=20lbs
    Zottman curls, kick backs and Db v-ups= 20lbs in 12:25. Can’t do same weight on all 6 exercise.

    The workout is osm but to reduce booty I need workout everything in my body is good but booty is not reduced can you please list the workout to reduce booty....

    So just want to make sure I understand this routine right! Lol! you have to do 3 rounds of Tri-sets 1 before moving on to tri-set 2? Lol!

    Add three extra reps on all the exercises instead of 3-12 it was 3-15. Did that in 20 minutes.
