My best tip is trying to befriend other people who are motivated and take school seriously. It will rub off on you and help make you want to stay on top of things. If your group is full of slackers and people who don’t care about their grades it can make it harder to feel motivated. Not that you can only be friends with good students but it REALLY helps me.

@@taekim412 tbh it didn’t for me. I dropped some classes last minute to keep my work load manageable. Plus with the covid situation, my school made up a stupid payment plan (that has NEVER been enforced until this 2020 semester???) so my bill was gonna be able over $1000 every month with 19 credit hours. The most I’ve taken was 17 credits ever. So I can tell you about that! I would be up will probably 3 to 4 am doing homework at the schools computer lab Monday through Thursday to make my workload chill and manageable during the weekend. Trying to even eat dinner and lunch was a pain in the ass because it was a waste of time to me. I got A’s and two high B’s. I've seen different colleges say different credits for the same thing (ex: 21 vs 9) and I don't understand what that translates to in actual time/reality? It never says things like 2 weeks or 3 months or 4 semesters or 5 years to complete. When looking at colleges, its hard to compare when I have no frame of reference for what they're describing. It probably sounds dumb but not many people have gone to college in my family, and as someone who graduated last year I'm just a really uninformed 18 year old. I tried googling it but I'm still confused :( Sorry for the caps also, I just hoped someone in college would see it easier.

Im doing 22 credits this semester💀 everyone doing my program has to do 22 this semester if they wanna graduate as schedule, not even early graduation. im transferring and trying to fit 2.2 years into 1.5- I might have to take 24.5 credits next semester 16 online and the rest in person 4 of my classes will also be accelerated and switch halfway though the semster- I also work 30 hours a week- do you think this is possible? I anticipate the online classes will each take me 1-2 hours per week as the ones I have taken previously have been manageable. so 10 hrs max and 9 hours in class per week translates to 25ish outside of class- that puts me at abt 45 hrs of school and 30 of work with some overlap- which will leave me with 4 extra hours per day? Am I crazy or can I do it?

I've seen different colleges say different credits for the same thing (ex: 21 vs 9) and I don't understand what that translates to in actual time/reality? It never says things like 2 weeks or 3 months or 4 semesters or 5 years to complete. When looking at colleges, its hard to compare when I have no frame of reference for what they're describing. It probably sounds dumb but not many people have gone to college in my family, and as someone who graduated last year I'm just a really uninformed 18 year old. I tried googling it but I'm still confused :(
Sorry for the caps also, I just hoped someone in college would see it easier.
credit hours are how long your in that class for one week. if my biology class is worth 3 credit hours that means i go to class for 50 minutes every Monday, wednesday and friday
I know a weird Bosnian guy who does around 40 Credit hours every Semester.
His GPA is terrible but at the end of the day no one cares.
At least in Germany
Omg there’s no way you’re 4’10! Me too!
lucky!!! i'm 4'7'' and a half!
Always keep the receipt
Im doing 22 credits this semester💀 everyone doing my program has to do 22 this semester if they wanna graduate as schedule, not even early graduation. I think it happen because they shifted a course that was supposed to be done in the last semester into the one before the last. Maybe because the courses in the last semester are actually that hard so they removed the easiest into the 3rd semester, now im stuck doing 22🎉😐
Lmaoo u aint lying about that Duolingo owl😂
21 credits damn I can barely pass my one philosophy class damn 🤦♂️

Do you have a quarter system?
No, its semester
@@etherealtrinity Awe man, I have a quarter system which crunches the 14 weeks into 10 weeks. I was really hoping to try your method, but I definitely found some helpful advice from your video that will for sure come in handy.
Well good luck on this semester! I hope things work out in your favor!!
im transferring and trying to fit 2.2 years into 1.5- I might have to take 24.5 credits next semester 16 online and the rest in person 4 of my classes will also be accelerated and switch halfway though the semster- I also work 30 hours a week- do you think this is possible? I anticipate the online classes will each take me 1-2 hours per week as the ones I have taken previously have been manageable. so 10 hrs max and 9 hours in class per week translates to 25ish outside of class- that puts me at abt 45 hrs of school and 30 of work with some overlap- which will leave me with 4 extra hours per day? Am I crazy or can I do it?
Tnx for the video! Where you working throughout college?
I made my money from UA-cam and the work I did over the summer. I wasn’t interested at all in working while in school.
@@etherealtrinity Gotcha. Tnx!

You study 1 hour a week right
Also it seems you are currently enrolled in a 21credits course? So your GPA for this 21cred course is still not determined. The title is misleading.
Flex's 4.0 gpa...Still works a job paying less than $20 an hour. 😆😆😆😆
Woooow you’re amazing
