I waited a little to show some paystubs but even then i was getting paid biweekly so the stubs looked a little beefy😭😭I also informed them that I was working full time & just started so they knew

I got a majority of my things for my apartment from estate sales, garage sales, vendor malls, and FB Marketplace. I have a style that kinda caters to a vintage inspired interior so these were the best places for me to buy, but there were also a lot of modern things too!

Using fake paystubs to show you make 3x the rent always work. I have used it and i know alot of people use it to gwt around the system. Just get a professional to help to with the tax calculations and trust me you will get approved.

Honestly not that much considering your bills could be split up every week or biweekly. Having that second income will help SO much. Minimum you could be making to still have some play money could be 16-18 an hr

No more helping mom with a single bill since she never learns how to talk to people or treat her own kids as if they were at home. Which i am not, the lord told me my home is nowhere near my mother, and this time im listening to him. 2024 is not the year for us Hs graduates to stay in the house. To give you an example of my moms budget…we buy some honey long time ago, it isnt mentioned again until the next month, suddenly mom asks where the honey is, (the same honey the household of 3 forgot about) suddenly its brung back up and now she talking about “gtfo my house, im tired of you touching shit😂😂.” OK BAD EXAMPLE
Replying to my own: basically what im saying is I dont feel at home in my moms home, everytime I see her its a problem, everytime i want to leave its a question on where tf im going (same person who tells me to go outside and talk to bugs) everytime i enter the kitchen i am being camera watched and observed while looking in this empty ass budget ass fridge that you still struggle to put lots of food in and not get mad since i was 1. Then in 2019 you have another which = more bills and more problems. My other 2 siblings moved out, (one with dad and other moved in his own plays) in tryna get like big bro❤ naw fuck that im tryna be the best me anyone has ever seen💯

Also, supposedly, you can show the leasing agents/rental company an offer letter instead. At the end of the day they just want that money lol
I used fake paystubs from an online vendor and it work perfectly. I got approved and already moved in
