well if their channels get demonetized, because we all know that youtube plays favourites, then getting a sponsor is good, I doubt they care what it is, and it's likely that most of their audience won't either, I view a video and see a sponsorship, and I forget the sponsorship.

@@gale3509 Eh, there are actually a lot of really good mobile games out there that take advantage of the format and way people play on their phones... but most of them are Japanese (who have a different mobile gaming culture than the west), and most of them are Gacha games. That means they are free, and the good ones are easily recognizable by not only being entirely playable (and enjoyable) as F2P games, but that the devs are usually very generous with the premium currency, so you will get your share of premium units over time just through osmosis. Fate/Grand Order, Puzzle & Dragons, Granblue Fantasy, Fire Emblem Heroes, Kantai Collection, and Azur Lane are just a few from the top of my head. That said, they *are* still freemium gacha games with premium currency, so they are not for people with poor impulse control and no disposable income (especially during summon banners for a unit you really, really want), and due to the way they are designed to be played near-indefinitely, they are grindy as heck (but then again, actually spending months putting together a functional Arts team in FGO or constructing a team that can clear the Arenas in P&D is what creates investment).

Every single update they put out a survey to find out what the community's view of the game is in its current state. And by the next update/event, if there was an issue, it was stamped out. Also it has progressively become more and more free to play friendly, to the point that I've been playing for ~a year and haven't ran into a pay wall. I found it through a sponsorship that was entirely honest, an anime channel that I don't remember the name of. And now they ported it to the PC with better graphics, along with optimizations that make it run excellent on my mediocre PC. So yeah I have a favorite. But I do also play JP and NA FGO, Global server Azur lane, etc.

@@gale3509 Eh, there are actually a lot of really good mobile games out there that take advantage of the format and way people play on their phones... but most of them are Japanese (who have a different mobile gaming culture than the west), and most of them are Gacha games. That means they are free, and the good ones are easily recognizable by not only being entirely playable (and enjoyable) as F2P games, but that the devs are usually very generous with the premium currency, so you will get your share of premium units over time just through osmosis. Fate/Grand Order, Puzzle & Dragons, Granblue Fantasy, Fire Emblem Heroes, Kantai Collection, and Azur Lane are just a few from the top of my head.
That said, they *are* still freemium gacha games with premium currency, so they are not for people with poor impulse control and no disposable income (especially during summon banners for a unit you really, really want), and due to the way they are designed to be played near-indefinitely, they are grindy as heck (but then again, actually spending months putting together a functional Arts team in FGO or constructing a team that can clear the Arenas in P&D is what creates investment).
Raid seems to be taking the Anthem approach of plastering their mug absolutely anywhere and everywhere.

Every single update they put out a survey to find out what the community's view of the game is in its current state. And by the next update/event, if there was an issue, it was stamped out. Also it has progressively become more and more free to play friendly, to the point that I've been playing for ~a year and haven't ran into a pay wall. I found it through a sponsorship that was entirely honest, an anime channel that I don't remember the name of. And now they ported it to the PC with better graphics, along with optimizations that make it run excellent on my mediocre PC. So yeah I have a favorite. But I do also play JP and NA FGO, Global server Azur lane, etc.

Edit: I looked it up; not related to the Tales series (Tales of Symphonia and such), but “ripoff” may be a bit strong. If you want a mobile Tales game, try Tales of the Rays.
I've seen Minecraft PE footage for a similar, but much worse mobile game; stronghold crusader footage for a bad CoC copy and footage of the pc game northgard. There is nothing worse than an advertisement for a game that is so fucking bad that you can't put footage of it in your ad. It's so pathetic!

This one time I saw an ad for a mobile game called sniper 3D (or something like that) on UA-cam ,and it straight up used hitman2 footage.
