This is chakchouka with grilled vegetables from Oran . Add a little beat olive oil befor you serve it.

I've attempted to make bürek at home, and I think I'm getting better at it.
As a Vietnamese, we also have our version of "manti" as well.
I've dated both North African girls and a Turkish girl before, and while I've amused my North African friends, I have yet to impressed the Turkish girl with my food. :P
