Thank you for understanding our culture.I personally wanted more people to smile back to you guys😢 I'm looking forward to next video. You speak clearly enough even for me to understand. That is very good practice of English😊Thanks.
We are so happy to hear that you can understand us and enjoy our videos! That means so much to us. We are loving the Japanese culture. Thanks so much for watching :)
In general, the Japanese do not smile back to total strangers. Noticing someone amiling at you, a very common response of a Japanese is: "That stranger is smiling at me. Id better be careful because that person is up to something and I dont want to get involved." However, many Japanese will respond, not by smiling back, but by nodding very lightly to show recognition.
Many of non-drink vending machines (snacks, ramen, burgers etc) are set at rural road side rest areas kind of places. In the middle of big cities have less needs for such vending machines as convenience stores and restaurants are everywhere you look.
Hi! Thanks for all the compliments❤ We love nice mannered tourists like you. You might find snack vending machines at train stations, but they are most likely to be ones you could buy at super markets and convenience stores. Scorpion vending machine is probably at Takamatsu city of Kagawa prefecture. I know one at RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK in Shibuya, where you could buy accessories. Have you been to beauty shops in Japan? They just don't cut your hair, but massages your shoulders and sometimes give you drinks if you're dyeing your hair or having treatments that takes more than 2 hours. It would be good idea to ask the hotel stuff to book the reservations if you want to try.
We love Japan so it is very easy to compliment :) that is great information, thank you!! That sounds amazing, we for sure need to check that out. Thanks for the recommendation!
No we didn't, we are actually no longer in Japan, our videos are just a little delayed :) but we will for sure get the Suica next time we are in Japan! :)
@@JacobandJennyTravel I saw on another video that they were suspending/discontinuing one type of suica card, so you might wanna check up on that if/when you go back to Japan.
It is safe to drink, but doesn’t usually taste the best unless you are in the mountains! Where we grew up in Arizona, you would never drink the water just because of the taste.
Interesting videos overall. However I would like to advice foreign travelers that it would be better to make the most use of IC card of transportation which became to be a common method for not only Japanese but also foreigners. I think it doesn't make any sense they avoid to use the efficient system by themselves while they says that it is very inconvenient not being able to use the credit card to buy the ticket.
haha i think u traveled down main roads n not the side streets! or a known area for sketchy activities 🤣🤣 im guessing u 2 dont often go down the unbeaten path so to speak! if ur bold enough try the muscle girls bar or sod land
Hahaha we do try to avoid the areas with "sketchy activities"😂 we will have to keep searching for the unique vending machines! Thanks so much for watching :)

We are so happy you enjoyed it :) thanks so much for watching!
That was a surprise to me too that it's so quiet there. I would have imagined that such a big city is noisy.
It really was so shocking!! We did find some loud areas later on but overall it is a very quiet city!! Thanks for watching friend :)
Thanks guide for us to see beautiful places
We are so happy you enjoyed it :) thanks so much for watching as always!
Great video guys. That’s so strange they don’t smile. Different. But the main thing is have a good time. Can’t wait for more. ❤️
Yes seeing differences in other cultures is always so interesting!! And we totally agree! Thanks Kathryn♥️
We need to try Jacob's method of sushi. Got to appreciate it more! We would expect more than drinks in the vending machines too.
Jacob even did that with the fermented shark in Iceland🫠 he is wild. Lol
@@JacobandJennyTravel he's a man of culture!
Omg you guys are so funny. Keep it up!

We are so happy you enjoyed it!! Thanks friend :)
Do you think you can make another q&a video or making our assumptions to you?
Yes we for sure will! What are some q & a questions you would have? We will make sure to answer them the next UA-cam q & a we do! :)
Have you installed Suica app to your phone?
