Ya this one luckily is very inexpensive probably 25 dollars total between the new gasket and grade 8 bolts.

Roughly How much does replacing the clutch basket cost you with an at-home mechanic?
Spent about a grand right off the showroom floor. Full 09 clutch, Flywheels bolts, ais/breather and Glann case saver. Cheap upgrades for peace of mind

Getting both of these issues knocked out this weekend on my 2021. I'm hoping none of my bolts are snapped already! Its got very low hours on it (maybe 10-15)
Nice. I’m sure they are still intact once one snaps they all go and usually the atv won’t start.
You look like you done that once before lol. I'm planning on doing mine before I ride it anymore.
This has happened to me a couple times and to a few of our guys in our group now we just change them as soon as we get a new quad.

Service manual says 12lbs
These are 86 in lbs or 7.2 ft lbs

Can you share a link to the flywheel bolts just wanna make sure I’m getting the right one I have a 2010 YFZ450X
So you can get them from LS4 or BNR Motorsports. Some hardware stores may have them as well and Amazon too. I know they are a 6mm bolt just not sure on pitch of the top of my head. If yours has not gone yet in the 2010 i would not worry haha. Seems like this was more common with 2014+ models.

If you take one bolt out you can match it up. They are 6mm grade 8 bolts just not sure the pitch. Ls4 and bnr motorsports carry’s the kits and its cheep.
I'm trying to get the bolts BEFORE I tear it down... so length and pitch would be helpful.

The stock bolts are known to sheer apart causing major damage.
Dont tilt the bike worst mistake ever u drop that dial pin in the engine its a wrap u gonna have to open it all up 🤣
This way is fine for this. Never lost a key in 13 years 😬😬😬
