Nicks pec minor muscle and latissimus muscle are tight as well, also why he has trouble pressing straight up and down above his head and his elbows fall at a bit of an angle behind his body. Try laying down on a foam roller, spine parallel to the roller and extend arms out to get a pec stretch, as well as trying to stretch out the lats!
Can you pls explain the reasoning on facing away anchor point wall slide? I have been doing the facing anchor point which feels like a wall slide. But facing away seems like you are activating the pecs more as you push forward. In what instances do you use either facing away or facing??
question especially working muscle in this exercise?
why not just do wall slides at a wall?
