I grew a mullet watching that intro.
I bought a Pontiac Firebird (with the t-tops and the golden bird on the hood).
yay I'm one hundred likes. BTW, me and my friend collect mullets, and moolays ( French mullets) and mooleaux ( cajone mullets) so if I can go ahead and get you to go to Walmart on the flip flop aisle, snap a pic and get that over to me, I would be much obliged. damn! that's one long run on sentence!

Guys! You are confusing countless people by not getting this locking tuners thing right. They don't lock your "tuning," they only lock the string into the tuning machine so it can't slip. A locking tuner can still fall out of tune.

If everything is set up right and there isn't too much friction over the nut it should pretty much work the same.
@@DerEchteBold Hmmm I think what he meant is that locking tuners are there to remove slippage at the tuning post but you are absolutely right, a badly cut nut will make any tuning post useless.

I somehow got the impression they might be one of those who actually wrap the strings with locking tuners, totally defeating the purpose ...like I remember Chappers doing, years ago.
@@DerEchteBold Hahaha perhaps! That might be possible, I used to do that when I first got locking tuners too. The convenience of a locking tuner is amazing. Restringing is so easy.

Fender own Jackson. Gibson own Kramer. In reality they'll largely stick to their own lanes otherwise they muddy the water between their own brands and models.

Opening description was not entirely accurate. Best I can tell, the top of the line ESP guitars always say ESP on the headstock. The lower models (all the other models) do not.
