      I have Shacarri, Shericka, and Julian at this point. Never doubt Shelly but we have no clue where she is in her fitness right now. I’m rooting for Elaine but she’s looking like 21 Shacarri atm. If she can push herself on training like before I have her at #1 or 2

    This is the most defiant Of all Jamaican Legends. This lady is built different and very special. She is not the type of lady to just walk away when it comes to closing out her career. If you think Shelly is going to walk away from her wonderful career like that, you must have been drinking crazy juice. You just better know that she's not the one that's just going to walk away and walk off into the sunset and not close it out right. She is not leaving this game unless she leaves it the right way. When she walks away from this game which will be soon she's going to fire all her rounds that she has left in her clip to finish leaving her Mark on this game. She is a legend. The one thing she does not play is to play this game and not do her best. She will leave her mark

Priming and prepping to leave her heart and soul out on the track. You rest assure that she was certainly bring her best. I know with her closing out her illustrious career that she will not bring general product to the table. She will be emptying her Chambers. I'm predicting that Shelly Will be leaving hey 10:9 to a 10:8 In her opener. If it's anything Else it's Even lower. The product she will leave on the track will represent her love for Jamaica. 🇯🇲

    Shelly has not even run a race. Plus her coaches downhill training led to her damaging her knee last year i dont expect her to be 100% so not expecting any medals not even sure if she will qualify at trials.
    Note however she is one of our best females, but sadly injury has shortened her time.

    These athletes deserve respect whether they are winning or not. I don’t count anyone out, not when God is in control of our very breath. These are amazing athletes that go through ups and downs like everyone else. You love them then love them at all times. Otherwise, you are a fair weather double-minded fan.

    I absolutely agree. With a subpar preparation last year, she was still able to clock 10.77 and make the podium. That is pedigree and class right there. It is silly to think that she has regressed because of age. Shellyanne Fraser-price is perhaps the most formidable female sprinter ever. She knows how to prepare, and besides, everything about her preparation is key. She is devoted and diligent to perfection. Her silence is one of absolute focus. When you can come out of training and run your first race in under 10.70 seconds, you are a cut above the rest. That is what you call phenomenon.

    Society always base everything on age. Age does not define who you are!!! look at Simone Biles at 26 years old beating the crap outta those “younger” gymnasts!!! It’s your motivation and talent that drives your performance and Shelly Ann is going to win gold at the Olympics!!!!! Shelly ran 4 races in comparison to other athletes who ran “multiple!!” last year and still was on the podium for the finals and keeping in mind that she was injured. Unoo just watch…GOLD!!!! Shelly is a genius, she is the GOAT, but people should not be so delusional. She was lucky to ever even get into the 10.6’s, but then run it so many times, especially at her age. Simply put, expecting Shelly to run 10.6 again is a stretch. Age really does matter…then finding out she had knee problems says much. She is genius enough to squeeze out a 10.77 last year, but I don’t think folks understand how hard she fought to run that time…it was absolutely all she had at that moment and she gave it her best. Now, another year older, knee injuries don’t just disappear, and moreover, there is tons in human anatomy that hinders sprinters from running fast times as we age. Shelly has been blessed…she’s not running 10.6 again nor winning…otherwise, she would not be retiring.

    • @donaldmckenzie7728
      @donaldmckenzie7728 3 місяці тому

      Poor you non-athlete and a bandwagon fan. She ran 10.77 because she was in an injury prone period. Athletes don't determine when they get injured. Gatlin a runner got better as he aged because he got smarter. He himself said he's not worried about Shelley yet you're all talk. Shelley wants to be with her child she has only one and athletics takes you away from your family. They've been there for her as she makes money for all of them NOW SHE WANTS TO GO AND ENJOY IT WITH THEM. So kibba your mouth and sit and watch the show.

      @@donaldmckenzie7728 funny you have the NERVE to call someone who has actually been an athlete in USATF/AAU/high school/College, etc., coached this sport, and a lifelong athlete in other sports (I’m still playing sports and preparing to run USATF Masters now) a non-athlete. You have completely just made a fool of yourself and discredited your own comments with that nonsense you just posted right there! Shelly is NOT an injury prone athlete…even SHE has said this pubicly and thanked God for that (another wrong statement you made…two back to back, smh)!
