He didn't fail the drug test last time. He got caught for estrogen suppressors which, if you have any knowledge about PEDs and cycles, is what you use after coming off a cycle. WWE is not competitive and he wasn't signed with UFC at the time. They booked the fight quickly and he got as clean as he could but you still have to suppress your estrogen levels because boosting your testosterone artificially will increase the estrogen production in your body to balance it all. If I remember correctly he had 6 USADA tests and none of the results show PEDs in his system at the time of fight or training so he actually got no use or help out of any banned substances in Mark Hunt fight.
