Ingredients-
38g dark chocolate
13g butter
15g curd
1 tsp milk
45g +2tsp icing sugar
75g +1 1/2 tbsp maida
3g cocoa powder
1/8tsp salt
2 pinches baking powder
2 pinches baking soda
1/4 tsp vanilla essence

✓ Preheat the oven
✓ While baking, sieving your dry ingredients is important as it makes it lump free & incorporates air into the dry mix.
✓ Do not over mix. Just gently combine all the ingredients well.
✓ Combining the milk sugar mixture well is very important as it determines the perfect final texture of the brookies
