The Cardinals Stadium is safe and you need to quit disliking my stadium! Michael Bidwill puts money in for renovations through out each decade. There are some renovations going on right now in the lower level! All I can say is that this stadium is a major upgrade compared to where they use to play at, Sun Devil Stadium. Michael Bidwill also owns land near the stadium as well.

Metlife while bland is maintained beautifully. Its as clean as the day it opened. It has good concessions and some stands actually have fair pricing. Including $5 twelve oz beer cans. They had asian meat skewers 2 for $8. Stadium has tons of parking. Easily accessible to Rt 3, Rt 17, and NJ Turnpike. A mass transit rail station a 100 feet from one of its gate. Multiple bus routes going to American dream, serving the parking lot, and the peripeheral roads. It has american dream mall walking distance from the stadium. It has a free shuttle bus to and from the racetrack to place sports bets. It also has plenty of luxury boxes and plenty of club seats with the highest capacity in the NFL. Its also a 50/50 venture with the Jets and Giants so both parties see equal profits from Non stadium events. The only thing bad about is no retractable roof, its boring looking, and people were spoiled on how good the old stadiums escalator system was (Metlife's escalator system is actually similar to Shea stadium).

Not to mention, it's going to host FIFA World Cup matches in 2026 and they also just built a Formula one track around it. Ravens season ticket holder here - M&T is much better that BOA. the difference is they in the - the brick exterior that plays off of nearby Camden Yards, the spot cut outs in front he corners, the video board placement, the purple seats. The current $400m renovation will enhance the concourses, and add to the external experience. What’s with this mania to call a stadium built in 1998 old. If you build it right and keep it fresh - these stadiums should be good for several more decades. Mid size cities like Cincinnati, Cleveland need to have a better strategy from the beginning. Pittsburgh is another example that is aging well and can continue to be refreshed. These stadiums do Not actual pay for themselves- this mania to replace them with domes to chase super bowls and final fours is not a great use of public dollars.
