Currently going through Valhalla now. It's so soul draining from a trophy hunters perspective. I'm enjoying the story, but it feels like it's buried deep beneath the monotonous tasks, if that makes sense.
This was the longest Platinum trophy I have done, I kind of managed to keep my sanity just having relaxing session where all I did was all the random side tasks in a section. I have not completed all the trophies for the DLCs yet though....
@@Thunem1 The story based DLC is quite enjoyable, but the Mastery challenges can go suck one lol. It's the only thing I still haven't done & is what made me put the game down for a while.
I also got crash 1 platinum. This game seems to not be that hard at first, you can easily get like 85% of trophies, after you see that u almost got it you want to get the platinum and you start doing relics… The fact that this trophy alone took me 4 years to get is mind blowing
@@procuberider7841 Ah d'accord je comprends mieux c'est normal quand on est enfants on a moin de réflexe que quand on est adulte😅ducoup allez-vous faire la platine de crash bandicoot 4?
My platinums have been pretty easy so far. I do have some tougher ones coming up but my hardest just because of how long it takes to get them would be Persona 5, and Persona 5 Royal, The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, Metal Gear Solid V, Overwatch, and finally Hollow Knight which I’m not ashamed to admit unlike you I had to glitch immunity to get that trophy if you know you know that pantheon is just impossible if you’re not Nick AR. That was actually the video that that got me into your videos and I had mad respect for you for going back and actually beating all the bosses without dying to legitimize your trophy but I don’t think I’ll be grinding out that game to do the same. I’m just happy I was even able to get the plat and I could probably get it but I just simply couldn’t invest the time to get good at the game and bosses even though it was a great game to get the trophy legitimately. It’s just so heartbreaking to keep dying and struggling on that pantheon.
Completely agree with Modern Warfare Remastered. It was my first Call of Duty Platinum, and my first Veteran playthrough, and the experience was soul crushing. Absolutely painful. I would probably put Beat Saber on my list due to the No Mistakes trophy, where you have to Full Combo 15 songs on Expert difficulty.
@@scottwatson7844 You can cheat it. The MWR includes the grenade launcher minigame before you go to meet Captain Price. Just take the launcher but don't use it on the minigame. Instead, bring it with you to the cargo ship mockup. If you time it right, you can take out the first three "enemies" with one grenade launcher shot and it saves so much time.
Crash N. Sane trilogy is impressive. I've done the entire trilogy 100% 6 times now, and i took the time to Speedrun it on my 4th run through. Actually ended up getting 19th fastest 100% trophies for Crash 1 with a time of 7 hrs 14 mins. Now I can platinum the game with ease lol
I'm sitting at 186 plats and thinking back on some of the harder ones: - Mega Man 11 (Survival Skills. This requires crazy execution and game knowledge. Platinum blocker) - Super Street Fighter 4 (From C to Shining C requires getting every character to C rank online. Much much harder than the trials since you need to play actual people) - Mighty No. 9 (final challenge requires a no death run of the whole game with no breaks) - Hollow Knight (you already know lol) - Dead Rising 1 (7 Day Survivor...complete nonsense) - SuperHOT (final challenge is the same as Mighty No. 9's/that's IF you can beat the real time speedrun) I've gotten some others like Devil May Cry 3, the Miyazaki directed Souls games, and Cuphead (in 4 days of on and off playing) but I didn't find them that difficult especially after platting Crash 1. That game is traumatizing.
Call of duty modern warfare remastered is the hardest I have ever gotten for me! It was absolute pain just getting ‘The Mile High Club’ trophy! Glad to have gotten platinum on a call of duty game though. You are phenomenal at getting trophies!
Love your channel man, interesting list. Interesting how some people find certain games hard while others don't. Personally crash 1 was a fairly easy platinum for me, if I remember right you only needed gold relics. I am familiar with the competitive scene of crash though and had even ran a lot of top 100,50 and 10 times in the game, best I got was 2nd or 3rd on one of the levels. GTA V killed me I didn't end up finishing it but I think im at like 95%, remember flight school killing me and I need to do stuff online.
The problem with Crash 1’s Time Relic runs is that the game was NEVER built to speed through it was meant to be a challenging platformer from an era where 3D platformers weren’t as common then as they are today. When Naughty Dog was developing Crash 1 Super Mario 64 wasn’t being shown to the world, so they just aimed the camera behind Crash’s back to give the illusion that it’s 3D which it was, just not as wide as Mario 64, with no controllable camera. That’s where the name ‘Sonic’s Ass Game’ comes from since the games camera was behind Crash and at the time Sonic the Hedgehog was the most popular and successful animal character at the time.
Mile high club i remember racing friends to get it, you turn into a better cod player playing that mission on veteran, having to push and not hesitate and use your flash bangs correctly to hit most or all enemies and reload at the right times and trying to use controlled fire but fast target switching, felt like i could join a swat team after beating it lol
I have 2 trophies left to plat Valhalla: the Orlog one and the fishing one. I'm not going to do them though, because I fecking HATE orlog, and I can't be arsed standing in a river forever trying to catch stupid fish. I'd like to plat it, but...nah. You have a great channel btw. Watched your Crash 4 plat vid. I felt for you. I'm at 54% of that and will NEVER plat it, and I'm fine with that. I grew up in the 80s when games were pixel-perfect stupid difficult, but you have my utmost respect for platting that game. It's insane.
The thing with crash is they modified the main mechanic of the game, the jump. Its way heavier than the ps1 version, the hitbox is more "updated" you have to hit enemies dead center and crash's movement is "smoother" which makes going straight forward not that easy, sometimes you go some degrees to the right or left and that makes you miss the jump or the enemy. Its hard to explain, but play the ps1 version and then the ps4 you'll see.
CoD MWR actually had a veteran difficulty skip glitch. Very easy to do, it just involved closing the app and switching difficulty. You had to do it a certain way, but there's guides on UA-cam for it and it works on MW2 campaign remastered as well. It worked on PS4 & PS5. Very easy to do. You had to play from the last checkpoint of a mission to the end of the mission on Veteran, but you could play from the start to the last checkpoint on recruit or anything under veteran and do the glitch to save your checkpoint when you switch difficulty, giving you credit for the entire mission on veteran. Some missions had combat at the end and some didn't. If mile high club was all that was holding you back, the glitch was perfect for that mission because all you had to do on veteran was jump out of the plane. You didn't have to fight anyone lol
@@nick_ar Damn, figured I'd share the knowledge. If you attempt Kena bridge of spirits, look up the hard difficulty skip. They've patched some methods, but people seem to keep finding new ways. You can get all trophies in 1 playthrough. Story missions and collectible trophies along with various combat related trophies. Can all be done on the easiest difficulty. The "master spirit guide" last I remember there was no NG+ and that's what made it difficult. If it had that, I would've attempted it. Since it didn't, you'd have to play through the game on the hardest mode while starting from scratch on all abilities and such. That's why I recommend the skip. Look for the latest update skip if you attempt it.
The worst one I've ever come across was for Persona 5 Strikers, there's some tedious ones but the worst trophy imo was Eternal Bonds. There's something called bond levels and it has to get to the max level and all the perks have to be unlocked for the trophy to be obtained. Did this on my first playthrough and it nearly doubled the time I spent on the rest of the game. Got the Platinum in the end but it remains to be my least favorite out of the ones I've done. Good video too btw, not surprised that MW Remastered is on here, doing those missions on Veteran are brutal and I couldn't get passed the mission Heat lol.

I remember hunting plat for cod WaW years and years ago. Did the stoopid campaign on veteran and have one trophy left. Shooting them damn zeroes out the sky what a nightmare lmao
When a guy finally gets the platinum, on crash 1 ps4, he can officially say 'I'm a man' ! High road... I have holes in the walls, because of the ps4 controllers I've thrown against the walls.... and I have a couple of scars on my hands... I spent literally days trying to beat the gold trial...the physical pain, the stress, the rage, the anguish , the overall suffering... we're just too intense. The level of frustration would become so high, that I would bite my hands ! Those who haven't played it will think 'no way that section of the game can be that hard ! They must be exaggerating! "... Believe us... when you have to run and jump, with 1 pixel precision, and you need to jump at the exact millisecond... you need to avoid the enemies... and if that wasn't enough, you must complete the level in less than, I think, 31 seconds... the frustration quickly kicks in. And our skills go from +9 to... -20. Shaking...sweat.... stress.. You jump too earlier ? You no longer land on the platform/ texture. You jump too late ? The same.... you miss a jump, you don't run, you lose the sync with the moving enemies and platforms, and lose precious seconds... At least 5 controllers died, with triggers and buttons all over the place, as they would be thrown against the walls, with the maximum power. When you finally get the gold trial, it's such a relief.. like walking in a desert, hoping to find water.. and you walk, walk, walk.. and suddenly, you finally see a village and a well ! Also in crash 1, the level SUNSET VISTA... a super long level, that would require at least 4 minutes to compete. Also a nightmare, in the trial modes..
I got The platinum for crash 3 when I was like 12 ( this was 2 years ago) I remember being so frustrated with high times gold relic 😭 but I got it through sheer will I need one more trophy to get the plat in crash 1 (all gold time relics) And for crash 2 I still got miles to go! I also got crash 4 as a part of the psplus line up for June Being the massive crash fan that I am I’m deciding to attempt the platinum 💀
That makes me think of Agents of Mayhem trophy, one of them was soooo time consuming and soul draining, you literally had to do 15 Connected contract which were dails contacts that had differents challenges like "Killing 3000 times of that ennemies, kill 1500 ennemies with melee" as it was supposed to be done by 5-6 peoples, but since the game was a dead game from the beginning and no one was doing those online, for 15 days in a row, I had to grind 3-5 hours everydays doing the same missions to farm the same stuff, definitly the one that cost my soul
I think it’s worth mentioning how difficult the online doomsday mastermind trophy is for gta v. I think it’s the hardest trophy I’ve ever gotten and it’s only a silver.
Love your list man. Keep it up! You get a new sub from me. Mine would be: 1. Injustice on PS3 not the Ultimate Edition - Ultimate edition is a little easier because you can get 720 stars from DLC missions. Standard edition meant you have to 3 stars EVERY mission. Took me a good month to do it. 2. Evil Within - Akumu mode 1 hit death. Chapter 6. Took me 4 days just on that hell chapter. 3. Devil May Cry 5 - S rank on Hell and Hell - one hit death mode. 4. Yakuza 0 - whole lot of sh!t happening. Its a great game but it has so many platinun killers - legend mode without any NG+ progress, mini games from hell, RNG cat fights, MAHJONG. 5. Dead Cells - trophies that require not getting hit from bosses including final boss. So getting hit from last boss means you have to restart from beginning. Higher difficulties were also hell.
Crash 1 is my hardest plat but my most proudest I remember I was drenched in sweat in the middle of the summer trying to get that one such a good feeling when I got it tho! another good one I have is batman Arkham Asylum absolutely love that game! but 1 plat i really really wanted to get but I think now its impossible was Friday the 13th that would take years to get I think
You should do Wolfenstein 2 New Colossus, Mein Leben which is the highest difficulty, I am Death Incarnate. With a permadeath setting basically if you die once it’s game over, no saves, no checkpoints. Basically you have to do this game in one sitting on Mein Leben, you can’t even cloud save your progress. It’s 10-12 hours long, 14 when going for the collectibles. You have to turn it into a 3 hour long game. I am Death Incarnate is slightly easier than CoD on Veteran. What makes it even worse is that at the beginning of the game there is a ten minute unskippable cutscene. Good luck. Plus only 1.02% of people have this platinum.
@@nick_ar interested to see that. Sekiro and dark souls 1 are a must. Honestly all fromsoft games since miyazaki took over are all hits they never miss man.
My hardest platinum trophy was definitely kena the bridge of spirits there was a trophy that suffered me a lot which was to complete the game on master difficulty The game was hard on normal cuz it had lots of boss fights and I really suck at these games and this difficulty made the game like soulsborne games Like dark souls series.
Mile high club trophy does have a work around to where you can do it on rookie get to the end and switch it to veteran. I did it legit on PS3 so on ps4 I'm not doing it again 😂
Out of all of the games you mentioned, the only one I can say wasn't that hard was Crash. I knocked all three games out over the course of a month. Then again, I also found Cuphead to be a relatively painless platinum, so maybe I just have a high tolerance threshold. Crash 4 on the other hand... now that's a nightmare.

Crash 1 is torture
I got my platinum trophy on Crash Bandicoot and I feel the same thing as for you
I got
The platinum for crash 3 when I was like 12 ( this was 2 years ago) I remember being so frustrated with high times gold relic 😭 but I got it through sheer will
I need one more trophy to get the plat in crash 1 (all gold time relics)
And for crash 2 I still got miles to go!
I also got crash 4 as a part of the psplus line up for June
Being the massive crash fan that I am
I’m deciding to attempt the platinum 💀
Good luck man
Crash 1, 2, 3 is honestly a walk in the park compared to Crash 4, best of luck
I really did want that Crash N. Sane Trilogy video / stream
I’ve heard about that yea it’s tough
Nick, you gotta do the add-on of Crash 1...
Love your list man. Keep it up! You get a new sub from me. Mine would be:
Thank you! I’ve done the evil within on stream, you can still see in on my channel playlists
I have a total of 48 plats and my rarest is mk 11 with a 0.4 rate I am going for more harder ones
Crash 4 is truly an insanely difficult platinum, goodluck with that.
Thanks man, I’m gonna do my best
Crash 1 is my hardest plat but my most proudest I remember I was drenched in sweat in the middle of the summer trying to get that one such a good feeling when I got it tho! another good one I have is batman Arkham Asylum absolutely love that game! but 1 plat i really really wanted to get but I think now its impossible was Friday the 13th that would take years to get I think
Friday the 13th is crazy
It’s nuts
@@nick_ar Yh it is but I’m trying it soon for my 60th it should be fun, I hope
Bro I'd love a Crash 4 vid!
Funny cuz that IS my hardest plat
Ok great! Definitely gonna work on that hopefully soon, I’ve got some other games I’m planning not sure which order I’ll play them yet
@@nick_ar Crash 4 is so good when playing casually but it is a completionist nightmare
Mile high club trophy scarred me for life 😭😭😭😭
Nightmares
Would love to see you do more souls games & DMC & Ninja Gaiden
More souls games coming
@@nick_ar interested to see that. Sekiro and dark souls 1 are a must. Honestly all fromsoft games since miyazaki took over are all hits they never miss man.
I had to do High Mile Club 3 times cuz the Trophy didn't pop up the first 2 times. Took me 10 Hours of dying inside slowly
My hardest platinum trophy was definitely kena the bridge of spirits there was a trophy that suffered me a lot which was to complete the game on master difficulty
The game was hard on normal cuz it had lots of boss fights and I really suck at these games and this difficulty made the game like soulsborne games
Like dark souls series.
But the most time consuming one was definitely red dead redemption 2 and this game just took me +400 hours in order to get the platinum
Is Kena a fun game? Was thinking about playing it
@@nick_ar yea that's a cool game but just worths playing once
Yeah. Hardest trophy is beat the game on master difficulty (now i beated it 2 times)
@@nick_ar yeah its so good:)
Mile high club trophy does have a work around to where you can do it on rookie get to the end and switch it to veteran. I did it legit on PS3 so on ps4 I'm not doing it again 😂
your Channel is very interesting
W
My man... you and me and our crash one trophies lol
Lol
Out of all of the games you mentioned, the only one I can say wasn't that hard was Crash. I knocked all three games out over the course of a month. Then again, I also found Cuphead to be a relatively painless platinum, so maybe I just have a high tolerance threshold. Crash 4 on the other hand... now that's a nightmare.
You’re pretty good at platformers it seems
@@nick_ar They're definitely my strongest genre.
Actually I had the same experience with both and yes crash 4 is a nightmare to complete
The grand on gta 5 is just so hard It just makes me want to sweat and cry
I've only got about ten plats, but the hardest one I've done is Blasphemous on PS4. I say done, I'm 3% off platting it.
What kind of game is that? Haven’t heard of it
@@nick_ar - It's a Metroidvania and it's heavily influenced by religious and Catholic imagery. I found it to be pretty challenging, especially if you are looking to platinum it.
I'm not massively into Metroidvania games, but I enjoyed this one.
Check out some if it's reviews online, plus the developers released a ton of free DLC for it.
Hmmm ok thanks
My hardest platinum trophy is Wolfenstein 2, just because of one trophy
My hardest are. Crash bandicoot 2, sackboy a big adventure, and call of duty modern warfare remastered.
Lol, i got Mile High Club when i was a 9 year old on Xbox 360
Yeah the Modern Warfare Platinum is the one i'm most proud of
I know this is old but my hardest platinum that I have rn is super hot, I gave up on it for like 2 months but something just pushed me to finish it and I did!
W
If you REALLY wanna cry (maybe even lose your will to live), try going for 100% in GTA V on ps4. Those Doomsday heist trophies are pure EVIL! Almost threw my ps4 out the window....
Ooooof
Did you get all the platt relics or just only gold for the trophies?
Gold for trophies
Down well, I enjoy this game god it's hard 😭
bruh my hardest plat was apparently r6s which us a 6/10 but it wasn't really that hard since I got it playing naturally, my actual hardest plat was injustice 2, 10 ranked matches is pretty hard against people who play the game non stop
I’ve never got a platinum for a fighting game, I barely ever play them but big w on that
@@nick_ar there is nothing wrong with that, yours are impressive enough, although if you want an pretty easy fighting game platinum, mortal kombat 11 is pretty easy, if you’re not good at it you can just let ai play most of the games
Mm ok good to know
What do u use to find out the difficulty and the hours
Psn profiles
@@nick_ar thanks
Road to nowhere so many headaches
Oh look, its a video of you of the frist time you ever made a platium list. Look at you, so young and happy! And the hardest is Crash 1. Where did the years go?
Day 17 of askimg Nick AR to plat DMC V
Detroit: become human was such a nightmare for me
Nice video. You are aware there's a little exploit to make Mile High Club very easy?
I’ve heard of it now but back when I got it, I don’t think there was a method
I'm going through platinum codbury and it is painful
I’m thinking of going for the gta 5 platinum any advice?
Be sure to follow the trophy guide
I have a question. If a said game, don't have a platinum trophy, and you get all the trophies, does it count as a platinum or no?
No
My personal hardest platinum is final fantasy x however I also have the crash 1 platinum and thats a veeeeeeeerry close second
the Witcher 3 was the most difficult plat I've earned along side with avengers
W
Hollow knight laughs in difficulty
