Hi what’s the range of ROI’s you can expect from branded residences ? Any you’re working on at the moment you’ve got some comparable for as rentals? Or for rental do you suggest non branded giving better ROI and capex over 5 years ?
A cautionary tale: Marriot Residence Inn in Al Jedaff. After selling all the units under the flag of "Marriott", the builder had a fallout with Marriot. Marriott then withdrew its name from the project, now it's just Residence Inn without the marque Marriott name attached to it. People who paid more for the Marriott ended up losing their unit value.
