When I meditate I just imagine myself walking around on a forest path in summer. It's about shutting down your brain from the noise and imagining doing something like that cancels out the world I feel.
I love how the hoodie guy falls asleep different ways in each level and dreams about different things, like how he fell asleep in level 1 and dreams about stuff that you do to relax, and in the second level he falls asleep after what looks to be a stressful day at work and dreams of things that are stressful.

As someone who's been playing classical music for over 10 years, on multiple instruments and I've taken theory classes that involve rhythm dictation and stuff: This game is *FASCINATING* Tho I envy all of the people who are saying they were so relaxed and falling asleep, whereas I was glued to the screen challenging myself to play along essentially. 😅

I found guided meditation helped me w that. Its harder than it sounds, and i had to really try the first few nights but now that i have the hang of it i sleep really well. Hope this helps!
It counts by 4 because that's a standard measure. A measure in sheet music. I found it fun to go a long and spot earlys and lates (I play bass guitar and bass clarinet)
The background dialup modem on the work level got me lol (I started getting REALLY relaxed at the halfway point. Between Gab and the music I started nodding off)
I really wanted to see easy mode so glad you showed it as I'd probably start with that, to find the game more enjoyable, get used to it then work my way up haha Kudos for sticking with it, definitely a smidge easier if the prompts show in the centre of the screen as this requires focus & genuine skill, so if someone has zero rhythm or struggles with hand eye coordination this would for sure help them improve that :) this was a great share, was already intrigued by this game but now think I'll get it some time.
Omgg I remember commenting on a previous vid on you trying out Melatonin! I really loved their demo, I play it from time to time. I really like their art style very comforting and the beats are very fun to listen to! 🤩The dream about shopping is the one I really liked the most (from their demo) it really sounds you're shopping and quite a commercial vibe to it, sounds fresh too idk why ahaha
This game made me think of assigning a rhythm game as homework for my music students 😂 Or the idea of making a rhythm game specifically for music instruction.
