Recently discovered this song and love it. Considering the limitations it's amazing how in the 80's even simple music like this was really funky and timeless. It has that special something today's music lacks.

It's from the 80s but it's really 70s music. Very much disco influenced.
This is the Top 40 Radio Mix. I'm from Philly and they used to play this on Hot Hits 98 back in 1982.
