Did you say 30 degrees on the motor? Probably why it won’t run right cold……. My 540 with Dart Pro1 355s still wanted 40 degrees at 14.3:1 compression

Your dad don't stop that guy is always building a engine or either tairing one down . I'm only 63 I wish I had his drive. I have to pull my trans out of my big block g body the Trans only had maybe 18 or 20 street miles on it I got on it pretty hard and shifted into 2nd at about 6.400 rpm and 2nd left the chat so I'm going to pull that 400 out and I have a 400 2 speed that was in my friends blown 496 chevelle and see how that does its a bitch because I don't have a lift so I'll be on my back doing it.
