- In this flashback, Nick Cannon opened up about what led to his divorce from Mariah Carey, and he said there was nothing scandalous that led to the split. However, Nick said that he had to step out of her bubble as he stepped into a different stage of his life, and Nick added that he's trying to be a great example for his kids. Nick went on to speak about telling Mariah about having a baby after their divorce, and he revealed that Mariah joked with him about it. When speaking about his relationship with his son's mother, Nick stated that they were never in a relationship.

Nick cannon could not handle the fact he was getting called Mariah boy toy and his feeling for Mariah was not stronger than his pride.
I think nick is a good man with good morals...and he is more or less an independent artist!! He is not inpressed with the whole "Hollywood" status!!!

Are you kidding me- he is incredibly IMMATURE. He is so emotionally immature, immature relationship wise. It takes a certain maturity to endure and handle a marriage. Only mature adults can endure the work it takes to grow a beautiful matrimony.
