Off road parkruns might be when I would see what lower stack ones could use. Pre super shoes it was Adios flats or Nike Streaks for my HM & marathon PBs in 2005

Btw, you would not be permitted to”super shoes” as I ran this in “racing flats” no plates and just basic low stack foam from Hoka Cielo Road 👍🏼

Well done amazing time I am living in Thailand I am 61 my target is to do 20 minutes of or below what I'm doing 21 minutes at the moment very hot here

Nice! I'm 66 and currently at 21:40 aiming for under 21 in the spring than a long journey to under 20 which I don't know if I can do anymore.
