I love how far the characters have come in this game. Characters who needed to extra development sure got it. Their resolve has become so much stronger even after not seeing each other for months and always wanting to be together. If this was the first game they would have folded over half the monarchs in this game. They aren’t sad because they have their own understanding of one another and can live their lives on their own. When the time is right, they know they will regroup once more, until next time phantom thieves.
I like the fact that they gave full chapter to haru, who didn't got much to do in the first game. Come to think of it ann and yusuke didn't either once their chapter ended. So it's nice that they got spotlight again

Even though it’s technically not a persona game, it’s still a damn good sequel. Only real complaint is that it came out before Royal, and didn’t get a chance to follow up on that ending. I think it would have been nice to see Maruki and Yoshizawa again
Ok I literally just found out today that Billy Kametz, the voice of Maruki, died on June 9th this year. RIP man, the characters you portrayed would be nothing without your incredible talent and voice.

Yes Akechi was definitely a playable character but why the hell would you come up saying he’s a phantom thief? all his life he did the opposite and helped the PT only once merely for his own sake. Sumi helped only like once too but at least she agreed and was willing to join them too, she didn’t just because she was busy.
The part in wonderland was just great I love seeing the wall have Eletricity then it starts to come down and all the enemies look over and then makoto is behind the wall
One thing I noticed during the fireworks scene was Ann runs up next Yusuke Ryuji then Yusuke moves so that Ann and Ryuji could watch the fireworks next to each other I think Yusuke ships Ryuji and Ann

Keep in mind that the events of P5 Royal will be ignored for this game. In this case, it uses the normal ending of P5. That means that everything what we players did and will do in the 3rd trimester, never happened.

That ending confuses me, why are all of them going their separate ways? Makoto and Haru are roommates, and Futaba needs Joker to return to Leblanc. While symbolic it makes no sense.
I forgot how much I loved this game. It’s still sad to me though that this is tied to vanilla, so we get nothing about Yoshizawa, Maruki or Akechi. It honestly makes me the saddest that Akechi‘s just been.. completely forgotten. Royal really did him justice, but we won’t get to see his future..

God I love this game. You know. The final Boss fight. I feel like this is what Square Enix can do with Bizzaro Sephiroth. Spoilers for the original FF7 In other versions of the game, for the second final boss you can actually switch parties if the one you're using is too wounded and you can't heal. But what they COULD do is make each of those parties go after a piece of Sephiroth similar to how it is in this game. What do you guys think?
