I mean, it's extremely good. Speaking from experience, Dondozo + Clodsire can shut down most of the offensive Pokemon on their own. The remaining four Pokemon can be used in offensive set-ups.
I used scarf Alolan Ninetales in gen 8 OU and it was pretty solid. Outsped and threatened dragapult, scarf blacephalon (foul play), dragonite after a dragon dance, garchomp after scale shot, scarf lando, scarf fini, barraskewda out of rain (Ninetales changed the weather upon switching in), and it speed tied scarf kartana and OHKOd with blizzard. Heatran, melmetal, and ferrothorn were pains for it, though.
That strategy might be problematic to pull off because of the nature of the Pokemon and Ability. Analytic boosts the power of user's attacks IF the user is the last to move on the field. Starting in Gen 8, Analytic takes into account ONLY Pokemon's inert speed and priority of the used move, so Choice Scarf is a surprisingly good item, but... the problem is Porygon-Z who has 90 Base Speed, meaning that it's quite fast, and the only possibly to take advantage of the Analytic is to minimize Speed as much as possible. At Lv 100, it'd be 166 Speed, and with Choice Scarf, it grows to 249 Speed. That means that Analytic would activate on any Pokemon who's Base Speed is equal or higher than 58, with Max IVs and no EVs, which IS most of the metagame, but of those, that Porygon-Z will outspeed only those with Base Speed lower than 96 if uninvested or lower than 64 if fully invested. Needless to say, but that's very specific. I'm not saying that strategy is bad, because I can see where were you going with it, but it's too situation to be actually good; most of the time, either Porygon-Z will be outsped and takes lots of damage, which is a problem because it has mediocre bulk, or it will "naturally" outspeed slow Pokemon so Analytic boost won't activate.
bro is the #1 abuser of clodsire and dodonzo core LOL
Because they are goods, they are THE BOYS.
