- Hey everyone! (づ ◕‿◕ )づ
In today’s vlog, I’m moving out of my PKNU dorm and into a cozy one-room apartment near the university. As a GKS student, passing TOPIK Level 3 was essential for this move, and I’ve got some handy tips for anyone house hunting in Busan.
Tips for Finding a One-Room:
1. Check out budongsan (real estate offices) in your desired area. For better prices, use apps or search on Naver if you’re moving from afar, but dealing with budongsan is usually best.
2. Stick to your budget and don’t hesitate to negotiate.
3. Speaking Korean is a big plus! If you're not fluent, bring a friend who can help.
4. Ensure your new place has good ventilation and natural light to prevent mold, especially during humid summers.

Hi!! I just want to know if it's allowed for GKS student to choose living in apartment rather than living in a dorm?
@@rangielimson7240 you need to get topik level 3 and above for you to be eligible to stay outside.
Hii!!! May I ask why students do move out instead of staying in dorm ? Is dorm more expensive than renting a house? Just being curious about it:')
hi 👋! actually some might think the dormitory is cheap, some might think it's expensive. But for me personally I moved out because I would like to have my own space where I can invite my friends over without having any restrictions. And the other reason is I prefer to cook my own meal because tbh the dormitory's cafeteria foods weren't that good, and we can't exclude meals from dormitory fee.
Hii i wanted to ask, how’s your experience in pknu? Hows your uni experience and are the courses taught in English or korean?
so far i had a lot of fun learning the language at pknu. I havents start my postgrad program yet so I can't really say that much on it. But will do another video later on once I start my class next September 😊
