um spinach damages their ability to intake calcium so... i recommend not feeding her that but nice video and pretty tortoise

Spinach and kale have been know to decrease the amount of calcium in a a lot of tortoises
So just be careful

Every couple months but the top substrate you should renew a month or two but like the whole thing every couple months yea

Depends on the size of the enclosure. The one on the video is about once month or two.

I always prefer to use coconut fibre because it retains moisture well. You can also use bark if you prefer.
