Thanks for sharing this. I had the same error code and symptoms. I had the Quooker engineer look at it this morning (under warranty) and replace a temperature sensor. Apparently there is an issue with the sensor where it does not regulate the temperature of the cooling unit properly causing it to get too cold resulting in a build up of condensation which then trips the leak sensor. Part numbers on the failed sensor are 50.315.00_A and TSK10F7 05-23 NL The sensor is accessed from the top; remove back cover, remove red top, flip back a plastic unit on top, the sensor is positioned inside a tube and slides out. Black circular plastic cap with a black wire connected to it. The engineer also reminded me that the units are under a two year warranty and after this, parts and labour should be covered under a £125 call out fee. Hope this helps.
Wow, vielen Dank, top Anleitung!
I had the same issue, but fixed it a bit differently. I didn't have the right screwdriver, but found out a flathead screwdriver also gets the screws out. After that I did not remove the hoses, I just opened the bottom of the backside until it was open far enough to reach the drip tray. It worked for me, but be careful not to break the plastic when you bend it too much
Thank you for your video. The E4-störung was fixed. But after we reconnected everything we had some glasses of cold water, but than no more. There was just air coming out of our tap. What did we do wrong? Thank you for responding.
I now have the error E2 on my quooker, you have to reset it. It's something with overheated Cube but nothing special,Cube needs some air to work perfectly
Thanks for your time👍 We had a quooker technician to look at the cooler. I had tried a reset before he came, but didnt work. He made a software update on it, but the error is back. Im more on valve error. They changed the first we had. Didnt work after unpacking! And now the cooler is almost doing the same as the first one. Well, im not fond of quooker. If it wasnt for my girlfriend, we wouldnt have it.
I had the same problem, but after waiting on help from quooker I tried to start and restart it more times, it just show error E8, do you have any tips for that ?
Ese problema te volvera a pasar por condensación, la única solución es sustituir la bandeja blanca por una nueva que salió que es negra, esta bandeja viene preparar para evitar la condensación.

@@allanquvang-n5v it's maybe the ventilation?
@@allanquvang-n5v El error E02 es un problema del compresor se debe sustituir el CUBE por uno nuevo.
Quooker engineer mentioned that E2, E3, E4 could all be related to a failed temp sensor. He replaced the sensor for me to resolve an E4 code.
I had the same problem, but after waiting on help from quooker I tried to start and restart it more times, it just show error E8, do you have any tips for that ?
Hi,thank you for your comment,i can help you on Monday, and then I will become the whole error list from quooker 👍
I'm checked the error list now.
The error E8 is high temperature in the tank.
Yes, but its has been turn off for a week and when i power it on again it comes straight away.
@nickscharpenbergandersen9756 Maybe it's a temperature sensor, probably you have to call the quooker service
sustituir sonda de temperatura de CUBE para solucionar error E08 después actualizar CUBE a ultima versión.
The red light is just flashing on the tap, all the connections are not a problem, why can it be?
It can be the temperature sensor from the water tank or a connection.
We have an E9 malfunction and the red light is flashing on the tap
It's maybe the connection between the tap and the water tank?
If you have a filter, remove the filter, that helped us.
