The mesh grills that are on the left and the right side are the speakers. They put a speaker on each side of the projector to help replicate a more stereo sound
No lens shift no sale. If you're putting your projector on the ceiling, you'll have to use Keystone to line the image up properly on your screen and when you use Keystone the image is blurry around the edges. Not just like 1 inch, more like half a foot blurry.
How do you like it so far? I just got mine today but feel like the quality is going between very good for the price to very pixelated.. ? Slow videos works very well but in fast paced moments it gets really choppy?
@@SirMrShanks actually, the quality is amazing! it’s a hd quality projection with a native resolution of 1080p. the screen size is adjustable and bright. i can read subtitles from across the room and found that i had to turn a knob that was around the projection glass to adjust how clear the image was. very happy with my order.
@@SirMrShanks Hey there. Do you still recommend it now? could you please tell me if it's any good for watching movies? Are u noticing any bluriness at the edges, subtitles..? What about the projection quality of fast paced sequences?
It does have an adjustable front leg to tilt... the release button is on the bottom of the front panel. Any time you use Reduce Display, anything but "0" for Keystone (digital Keystone, which this projector uses), or anything but "Just Scan" in Aspect Ratio, you will be distorting the image due to image scaling artifacts.
It's far from Amazing, but if You setup properly it's ok. Sharpness maximum for -15 Contrast - 45 Brightness - 45 This settings is optimall 7/10, if You go over this, screen quality can be a nightmare 1/10 With this settings, and dark room looks very well on FHD videos. I paid 77£ on half price deal, and this is good price, no worth more than 100£ for sure. I seen prices 150-200, what is ridiculous, this is cheap quality stuff, i recommend only for price what i payd.
Thanks for reviewing! Quick question about the keystoning feature. Would I be able to have this projector off center and still level it up? I don't want to have to mount this on the wall if I can help it (rental property)

I have been using it recently to watch football games, and it works very well. There is no delay. Is there any problem with your projector? I can help you with it
Hi I just got this projector, I thought it was battery powered but I’ve left it charging for while and it still only turns on by the button on the top when it’s plugged in to a socket. Any help?
Didn't you see the adjustable arm underneath the base towards the front for raising the projector? You push it and pull the arm out for height adjustment when sitting it down on the surface. If you was looking at the 4x rubber legs underneath - I can't see how you missed the adjustable arm.
Thanks a good question... You can certainly connect with an Aux cable... but let me take out the projector and test it... I'll let you know. It may take a min ..lol
I may be a little late answering but honestly for a large permanent home theatre use, that budget may be a little low to get something solid... I can tell you avoid projectors that say Supports 1080p... make sure it's native 1080p. You're not likely to ge a 4k native at that price... besides that focus on enclosed housing so dust won't get in over time and the brightness and read people's reviews on amazon.
Have you played with the settings of the projector, struggling to find the best settings for good brightness and color? Starting to wonder if this projector is actually mediocre cause apparently, the company nags you if you put below a 5 star review on amazon
Honestly I have not tested the vankyo but they seem very similar and looks vankyo comes with a case ... besides that I can’t really make a good recommendation since I have only tested Apeman ... sorry mate
He got paid for this review. Bro from what I seen the vankyo seems to me has auto keystone apeman not. So it's a no brainer I rather have auto adjustment than to adjust Manually
I'm getting some pretty bad lag/stuttering when trying to watch 24p content 🤦♂️ I've watched multiple reviews on this projector and not a single person mentions this problem.
idk about ps5 but I tried it with ps4. It's definitely works and even with no lag, everyone who plays it says it gives them a headache though. It's way better for movies than gaming
Finally the question i was tryin to ask. Thanks. Alot of places say that these 1080p projectors support 4k when they don’t. Be vigilant before you buy.
Don't fall for fake reviews, I bought this projector based on these reviews. Picture quality is very poor , no natural colours, image is very dull, blacks are washed out gray. Only positive is sound
@@GS-md3hr have you notice any problems with audio tho? Cuz mine won't go loud enough no matter what speaker I use. I used a bose speaker and when connected to the projector it wouldn't go as loud as it normally does
haha... Long time. Yeah man I'm fine... Bad lighting (still learning to use this new monster light I have) and a little tired since I typically shoot these videos after mid-night when everyone is sleep.

Same here, a brilliant reviewer!
It may not have a tripod mount, but the holes for the rubber legs can be used as mounting points for a ceiling bracket
That’s awesome! Didn’t know
Good tips thank you for the video and information. Great audio quality as well, nicely done, so easy to listen to.
It actually does come with a leg to raise it, just push the button on the frontside and it will show itself.
Haha… I realized it afterwards. Thanks mate

The Image Brightness is 7000 Lux. Mentions it in the description on Amazon.

It’s an okay projector but after about a week of normal use the speakers started to fail and it started to grow black spots on the picture
The brand name has changed to 'Minj' though the model is still LC650 and is exactly the same.
Apeman on Amazon no longer available.

If I understand your question correctly yes you can... because you have a vertical and horizontal keystone correction... I hope this helps

Hello, is the Apeman good for gaming ?? Specially for soccer Games Like PES 21 ?? Did you noticed any Input lag ??. Greez.
I have been using it recently to watch football games, and it works very well. There is no delay. Is there any problem with your projector? I can help you with it
for displaying images, does it have a zoom in/out feature? If so, is it manual at the lens or via the remote?
apeman says they go from 100% down to 75%.
The native resolution 1080x1920 is real? I wanna change my 720 proyector vivibright but im not sure if it worth it.

It has an adjustable leg in the center.... take another look. :)
Does this one adjust itself when I don’t have it right at the middle? Cause I can only put it next to my bed

No but you can get a bluetooth aux adapter for it. I would rather spend $20-30 for an aux adapter than $100 more for a model with bluetooth.
