Yesterday I almost got into a panic attack while I was relaxing at my PC. So I tried a method where I made fun of my panic attack. I was at the verge of losing myself before I did that method. I wouldn't say it's a solid solution, but I'm glad it worked before it got worse.

Thankyou so much for this. This was EXACTLY what happened to me and I was terrified,it took like a month for me to realise that this was the actual problem. The sensitization. Currently 3/4 way through my recovery and I'm glad I found ur channel. Thankyou for helping so many ppl who dont understand this!

is the trick to ignore the symptoms? by distraction? it’s challenging not to be bothered by the symptoms..

Hey Shaan - Thank you for the advice. For so long I have been trying to challenge these sensations. When you mentioned, "You will never stop feeling this way, until you stop TRYING to feel this way;" it really hit home. I've been on the path to recovery for over a year or so now and I fell back into a bit of a slump after the extended holiday. I noticed my sensitization towards old feelings and this video laid out a better path forward. Looking forward to following your content!

Thank you for sharing this content Shaan. Seems like this is a missing piece to my anxiety puzzle that I’m currently going through. It really does make sense. Now that I think of it I have been super sensitized since I had my major panic attack back in April. Since then I haven’t been able to get over this anxiety. There are other factors involved but I’m currently recovering and finding my way back to life again. Thank you for sharing once again. 🙏🙏🙏🙏💛💛💛💛
