When i act normal and then I become shy. Or, i act shy and then i become talkative. There is a change somewhere. But, this thrill is not sustainable, sometimes, we absorb people's emotion, byt given time, we can tell if the feeling is mutual or not. I think the most reliable indicator, is if INFJ wants to talk to you about deep topics, vulnerability, ideals, hobbies, very personal, that means we trust the person enough thinking the person understands us, but still, this can have loopholes, a narcissist can pretend to be interested. Maybe, if INFJ say yes to commitment, that's like winning their loyalty.

As an INFJ, if I really really liked someone, I would make time for them no matter what. Also, although it make creep some individuals out but I would stare right into their eyes and really listen (not saying that I don't listen actively to other individuals.... because I do; but there's a bit of a difference) them and pay attention to their gestures, intonations of the voice and etc. In short of what I'm saying is, I want to completely bond with you and actually really get to know you as a person. I guess hobbies could help especially if we share some similarities, such as being a foodie or having an intense passion for travel...or anime/manga too hehe. Another would be that I become more revealing (showing a lot of myself...but it's like a dragged out version of it) and I may challenge you a bit. With challenge, I don't mean as in being competitive and seeing you as my rival, no, I want to challenge your limits and see if you could make a breakthrough (I guess that's a way to put it) of your current abilities to new heights and of course I wouldn't mind a challenge as well. Point is, I would want to have you as my equal; no one is higher or lower or even put on a higher pedestal than they should be. Down the line, I can become quite playful...tease a bit (not in a mean way) and I become more affectionate and a bit touchy; that takes a while for me to be like that. Naturally, I'm a playful person and this has put me in predicaments of me hitting on others...so that had to be held back. But most importantly, as you mentioned, deep conversations. Whether the topic is abstract, logical, hopefully not political (but that's okay too) or even some alternate dimensions and what ifs topics. A fun argument is nice to have as long as both parties remember that it's a fun argument. There's too much to mention here Boom so I'll end it here 😌.

Great list, thanks for normalizing our behaviors because we hardly meet another INFJ, that sharing our minds and seeing similar patterns feels... nice. The 4th reason ties in with the 1st...if we are spending our time with you beyond casual acquaintances...we are into you. As a male INFJ, I am direct and tell someone what I think (I'm mostly diplomatic, but when door slam points are up on the table...I get direct) ...women in general are naturally indirect, and a male has to have enough social/emotional intelligence to pick up on their cues. (except ENTPs, they're so much easier to get along with for the INFJs) I usually say to a woman I have a spark for: "I'm going to see Jane's Addiction concert this weekend and you're welcome to come along if you want" or "there's a new restaurant (night club) that I'm interested in checking out, if you're free this weekend, you're welcome to join me." So can some experts here share their thoughts on this - there's an INFj girl I really would like to know but so far all I'm getting is: - Shes come into MY circle, making friends with my friends - Never says hi to me directly, but seems to place herself nearby me in the vicinity even when shes not talking to anyone or everyone else is gone. - But never bloody looks at me otherwise on passing - One night I didn't really engage with her in a group setting but she came interjected into my convo and then we chatted, it was all fairly normal and nice but following week, back to pretending I don't exist XD Confused as hell lol! Boom Shikha Awesome! I noticed that I did this even before did any sort of MBTI assessment. The thought of introducing circles to each other brings a lot of anxiety. And also, kind of feeling like I don’t want to share. And I kind of like having one circle to escape to when I am feeling fed-up or drained by another... like a fresh circle of energy. We became really close very fast and kind of fell in love together, without even meeting just by texting and calling. Now suddenly she seems to be withdrawing and seems confused if she wants a relationship at all. I am pretty confused as well. I am an ENFJ and understand her fully and would do everything to support her. I wish you could help me on how to go about it?
