Fits perfectly rear-facing in our truck, which has a slightly smaller back seats. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx6_FKRYB2ClSPRyjcd8HptiCS3EiQoNX4 Feels as comfy and plush as our Graco Contender carseat.
Not sure how this is more convenient with a newborn since you have to manually put them in the car seat, by manually I mean setting them in the chair vs the car seat that you can click in with them already strapped like the pipa
Not at all - my 2.5 year old who is over 39 inches fits fine and I plan to keep her until she’s 4 or 5. Just safest !! (She is now 27 lbs) string bean !!
Hello I have a question on the instatllion on the tuna executive rear facing mode. Can I change the settings of the recline to any mode once the seatbelt is set? Or it must be chosen before I set up seatbelt? Reason I ask because the video on UA-cam says put at number one when I prefer to have it at number 2/ Hope this makes sense thanks.
hi i bought nuna exec a few weeks ago and was told by the installer that any time the setting has been changed that you must go through the belt install process again for it to be secure.
Thanks so much for making this! We have the Nuna Pipa and Rava currently, and with expecting baby #2 we are planning on upgrading or toddler to the Exec. We also have a 2019 RAV4 XLE, so I anticipate the vehicle interior will be similar. We are trying to keep our 2.5 up rear facing as long as possible. How is the legroom in the front seats with this seat installed? How does it compare to the Rava?
Besides the Clek Foonf, this is the only other car seat I have been able to find that is free of Flame Retardant chemicals and PFAs(water proofing chemicals) and also includes a anti-rebound bar. This has more convenience and comfort features than the Foonf which is $550.
Help needed! I have the Exec and my 7mo old is fitting in it as if he fell into a toilet. His legs are positioned above his waist, he hates it and looks super uncomfortable. Used to have a Nuna Pipa and his legs dangled more naturally. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for showing the moment, incredibly helpful.
Okay, but how do you close the cup holder?
I personally feel this video more useful and clear than user manual. Thank you!

It’s more ideal for when they outgrow the infant carrier car seat.
Thanks man, i just bought this and your guide will help me a lot!
There doesn’t seem to be much leg room when used rear facing - did you find this to be an issue?

Do the cup holders close?

How close does the base need to be to the back of the seat. Or does it just need to be level?
Can the cupholders be flipped down once the seatbelt is threaded through?
Yes

In the Rav4, how far forward is your passenger seat?
Thank you this is so helpful. I have a 2021 rav4 too so this is great!
Thank you for this video
Why is it so expensive? It looks like just as same as some other brands. Any special features that I need to know about?
