in the rear facing position, how much longer in length is REVV compared with RAVA? I'm concerned with REVV the front seat needs to push a lot more forward.
Had the Pipa lite Lx, now the Rava, but REVV is very tempting because of the swivel. It is so uncomfortable to lift my son and sit him in the Rava(we have a bigger SUV). We are also in a very cold climate and would be great to swivel towards yourself, unbuckle him and put warm layers on, vs taking him to the front seat through outside.
Genuinely curious if you’ve had any other thoughts since this comment? We also live in the north, and are figuring out the next seat option. Anecdotally it seemed that the pipa’s wool and such made for a much warmer baby in the winter.
@@nickramsay2560 we now own 4 ravas between our two boys. They are both in the 90s percentile on height and weight, so REVV wouldn’t last us long and you still need to lift them up. I’m very happy with Ravas. The wool fabric keeps them warm in winter and cold in summer, similar to woolino sleeping bags. The cold weather part: you are not supposed to put on any jackets on kids in car seats anyway, so we just accepted that. If it was really cold, 5F or colder), they’d just wear hats and mittens and warm pants, and then we would put a warm jacket on when they get out of the car. One minute in such cold temps was ok for us.
Thanks for the comparison 40lb or 43 inch feels very short limit for revv. What does Nuna think folks will get after the child outgrows the revv? Spend another 700 on exec? Can one go straight from revv to booster?
I'm guessing they haven't thought things through enough given that this is just their first attempt at a swivel seat in the US market. Go for the Evenflo 360 instead. It has a built in booster.
@@KC-rx5eu you can go right to a booster but at 40lbs a child is only just making it for the requirements and can even still be rearfacing in the rava. its always safer to rearface and use the harness as long as possible so i hope nuna noticed everyones concern and either makes a harnessed booster or revisits the revv to up its use!
How does the graco premier dlx hold up vs the Revv? My wife is going with the nuna executive and for the second car we are debating between those two. Thank you! And great review as always.
I have the Rava now and I can already say the 3 1/2 year old I nanny feels way more comfortable in it than any other car seat I’ve ever used for him. I love how it’s high up so he can see out the window too! the other seat was super low and it looked so uncomfortable!
Hi Justin! As long as a car seat is installed correctly it will protect the child. We actually do not recommend using CR or Baby Gear Lab when researching car seats for a few reasons. Many brands can be left out of the testing on sites like consumer reports because they require payment to be put on these lists. There is also no way to mandate this testing to ensure they are testing to the standards they claim on their sites or that the testing they are performing is even relevant. Lastly, there have been reports of these sites testing the car seats without even installing the seats and just placing the car seat in the car. This is obviously concerning and skews the results of the testing drastically!
Hi can somebody help, why does some Nuna come with chest clips and some doesn’t (I’m aware that it’s illegal in EU). I’m trying to find a seat that has 360 AND Chest Clips. It’s so mind boggling to find one. (I saw some photos that Rava and Exec has chest clips, or do they come as authorised add on accessory)

This is the video I’ve been waiting for!
Yay!

The Revv DOES include two cupholders. They’re even dishwasher safe.
Do any of them come with a carrying arm?
No- convertible car seats are really meant to be permanent fixtures in your car
Thanks for the comparison

I’m thinking maybe Revv to cheaper booster? We’d have to hope!
you can go right into the AACE, I think they really haven't thought this through for the longevity though maybe because of the swivel feature?

If you have a really small child, maybe. A CPST is going to have better info for you, though!

Could you please review the nuna tres lx? Thank you
Unfortunately we can only review products that are available in the United States, sorry!
Omg I’m torn between the Revv and Rava!!
The Rava is definitely better!
Rava.

Can any of these 3 attach to a stroller?
Hi there! No, only infant car seats can be attached to a stroller.
The Revv just seems like a headache. Very small weight limit! sometimes 3 year olds are 40 lbs.
How safe are these new rotating carseats? I saw a different brand didn't do so well in a crash. Thankfully the child was not in the vehicle!

Is the Revv good for a newborn?
Hi Yael! Yes the Revv can be used from 5-40lbs. The swivel makes it super easy to use with a newborn 😍
Do the leg rest extends in Revv?
nope doesn't look like it
It does not
Hi, i’d like to know is the exec can fit in to benz w204 coupe? Thank you

All US car seats have chest clips including all Nuna US car seats like the REVV, EXEC, RAVA, and all Pipas.
