There are ways to get tape saturation and other colors using the stock Logic plugins, but you have to know about them. You can use the "Tape Delay" plugin and disable all the delay parameters. Bump up both the dry and wet options to 100% then play with the saturation knob until you like what you hear. The saturation portion of the Phat FX is good for subtle (or over the top!) saturation as well. You can also plop the "Console EQ" on all your channels and it gives a nice analog warmth just running signal through it. That said though, sometimes it's just easier to use something like True Iron or a tape emulation plugin. To the new Logic user, those would be the first two third party plugins I would suggest getting.
your instructions are my sunshine on the darkness
Thank you
Love this plugin! Also plugin alliance Blackbox HG saturation is amazing on the mix buss
Glad you like it!

Thank you again so very much! You have been a great help to me! God bless you!
You are so welcome!
True Iron or Tape from Softube? Wich one you prefer?
Totally different plugins that emulate different things.
What happened to Studio One i'ts Luna better for you now?
I use Studio one 99.999% of the time in my videos. Simply changing things up a little once in a while.
True Iron is on the short list of "first plugins to buy"...place it on the master buss of every mix and let it do it's thing...
Agreed!
