The Outlander may make less power and use more fuel than the Rogue, however, THE VC 3 cylinder turbo in the ROGUE has all kinds of reliability and durability issues. The Outlander has a much better warranty than just about any other vehicle.
I’ve tested both this vehicle in Es trim and the rogue. I would choose this 1000 times before I’d go with the rogue. That variable compression motor is a nightmare and 3 cylinder turbo is never gunna last as long as a NA 4 cyl.
Great car we just bought the black edition brand new mitsubishi has great engineering and they put alot of thought in each and every detail in the car the panoramic sunroof is just awesome gas mileage isnt as bad as everyone says dont forget to use eco mode on long trips
I got myself the 2022 SEL trim when they first came out. And today 2024 let me tell you that I still love this SUV . I got the Beautifull Metalic Brown with black leather interior with Orange leather trim. and the price was right for This suv . I Have No Issues after three years of ownership Good Job Mitsubishi. 😁👍
Excellent and thorough review! Thank you! As an owner of a previous gen Outlander (2020 SE-AWC), I’m looking forward to driving this one and possibly upgrading.
You do realize that Nissan Mitsubishi and Renault, Marge and cone as a group that’s why it looks like a Nissan and has Nissan parts and a Nissan bill similar build
I just traded in my Rogue for an Outlander a year ago. May have similar parts, but I'm here to tell you it's like jumping into a Lexus from a Camry, going from a Rogue to an Outlander. Way different drive and better looking.
That SUV looks gorgeous

We have the Phev version and this thing is a monster in the snow even with stock all season tyres. It plows deep snow too with ease.

The mpg on the 1.5 motor and AWD is amazing
If I were to choose between both, I'd take the Outlander, looks better in and out for me, also the Outlander is built in Japan.
I’m going to upload a short showing how similar it is to the Nissan rogue wait till you see this. I think Nissan is made in Japan to.
@@TravelBreakthrough The Rogue is made in Tennessee I think.

Glad it was helpful!
Nice car. Nice video. Stay warm out there & safe. 😊
That is interesting, we never experienced that sensors going haywire during a snow storm. Ours just automatically shuts off on it own.
And don't forget; without TURBO b.s.. and made in Japan, you can trust it.
the 2008 mitsubishi is a snow flow also
SNOW in Buffalo, NY. I find that hard to believe.
In our 2023 2024 winter season it snowed 3 times and was 50 degrees in January. Super warm for us ice people
Did you scare those two girls away? They seem to be using it as a snow Plow.
Yes lol
Outlander and Rigue share parts
Still different vehicles. I've owned both and hated that Rogue but love my Outlander.
