    This young man is at the top of his game and giving back to the grass roots of the sport while every other top name is sequestered prepping for A1. What a great person.

    Been a nascar fan my whole life. Found motocross & supercross when my kid started riding a dirtbike 2 years ago. Its is truly the best sport in the world. No other sport allows the up close and personal aspect that this sport allows. Training with AJ has taught my kid so much and kept him safe. Moto Academy member for life

    These techniques, fitness and time on the bike are what sets riders apart on the track, thanks for sharing Moto Academy. At 50 years of age, I am enjoying moto more than ever

    Great video, and training. Would it also be helpful if you could add some suspension advice too. That always gives me some anxiety. Like if the front is to stiff , or the sag is off ,or rebound is to fast or slow. That would help, maybe it would make a difference corners on how fast can take a corner, if the bike is settling right?

    That was a blast & I don't even ride a bike... But hanging with the pros telling my son exactly the same thing I tell him is so much better...

    Crazy to witness Jett mature over the past few years. Seems like he was a goofball teenager just a few months ago, but this summer he's grown up a lot. If he was that good as a scatterbrained teen, imagine how good he'll be as a focused, hardworking young man.

    That little detail about the knees going up from the feet and not forward from the feet is the biggest improvement my son has made. The difference seems insignificant and unnecessary, but it makes a big difference in safety and stability.

    Ok so if I understood well the advices for the second person, the knee need to be always straight aligned with shoulders.
    Only the but* move forward or backward.
    I saw on my personal video in technics section as big waves my knee go forward

    Nothing sounds better than a rider on a man’s bike !!

      Put the weight into your feet, not your butt. Try getting your heels down to get the feel for it

    • @bloomerb4162
      @bloomerb4162 2 роки тому +1

      @@SKIDSnSTUFF that worked finally. I had to push my feet into pegs at all times. Not just the dead weight of my body, had to push with my leg muscles.
      I had a problem with feel with lower body. Thought it was my gaerne boots, maybe it still is some but driving feet I to pegs with my legs at all times seems to help.
