The way I see it, You get what you pay for. For some of us that are on a budget we usually stick to the cheaper brands. If you can afford it and want to carry it, It's a free country and EDC has no rules the way I see it. Bugouts are nice, Ill give them that. Every tool has a purpose to those that purchase them.
I love my Bugout. I had the Aluminum one and a G-10 version. Both were great, but I really prefer the grivory version. People complain about the price and build, which I find really odd. It’s got a specific design intent. If you don’t like that, then it’s just not the knife for you, but you can’t equate your distaste of the knife to a price. And comparing it to other knives is nonsense. Those other knives aren’t under 2oz’s. It’s like watching someone date someone they don’t like. Makes no sense.

Bugouts are just too simple and cheap to cost what they cost. 😂 benchmade is asking way too much for that knife.
