Robert Hewitt Wolfe is worth gold on these podcasts and panels. He perfectly bridges writing, producing and action and is able to go in depth in all departments of how Trek was done, and moderating the conversation about it. I hope you can get him more on your podcast, he brings a lot to the table.
I keep missing these. TNG and DS9 episodes are the one thing keeping me sane post-covid and father’s death. They, along with EVH music, has been my one happy place.
I love how humble Sid is. He said his social club /might/ have helped some people. I've watched those videos a little bit and I'm pretty sure they indeed have helped. More than a little. He's extraordinary.
Not that this came as any surprise, but what an INCREDIBLE panel! Always a joy to listen to the DS9 team talk about how they created (in my view) the best of all of the Star Trek shows to date. It was ahead of its time: complex, character-driven and compassionate, and I am so, so please that it is now starting to get the appreciation it deserves more widely, thanks in the most part to the way we now stream and binge TV. The panel were an absolute delight. A special "thank you" to the 7thRule team for pulling these fabulous people together, and also for giving us a place to show the world how much we love DS9 in the form of the podcast! #TeamDS9 #ChatPack
I hope these fine people know what a huge impact they have had on culture and the lives of so many. The DS9 era was some of the best times in my life and some of the best TV ever done in my opinion.
I'm always THRILLED to see all of you, so seeing you after you've been off the air, is a real gift so - THANK YOU! And also, what child actor grows up as beautiful and recognizable as Hana has - Just. Wow. #StarTrek #DS9 #StarTrekFans
The one good thing to come out of CoVid, that fans like myself who wouldn't be able to travel and have never gotten the chance to ever get to experience one, now get the chance to join in.
Man, what a fantastic panel, and I've only caught the last half of it! Thank you @The 7th Rule, Alexander, Armin, Cirroc, Hana, Robert and Ryan for such a great introspective on the importance of DS9 - the show we love!! And of course the special shout out to all my PEEPS in #ChatPack, the Next Generation of #ChatFam - taking the panel conversation and stretching it out to be even greater!
It's great to see the DS9 gang again, especially Hanna. She's been away for quite awhile, but still part of the ST family. :D It seemed a bit awkward though how they went on about the prominence of parental relationships in DS9 when most of them in the series focused on the father-son dynamic. Hanna was basically excluded from the conversation. While the series was progressive in so many respects, it's was a bit shortsighted to not have explored more of the daughter relationships. ST is still lacking somewhat in that respect. Maybe Picard will take up the mantle, as they have a few avenues to explore.
A great discussion. During the lockdowns I watched all of the post-original Star Trek series for the first time and really enjoyed them. It was fabulous to see a female captain in Voyager, a black leader in DS9, gay, trans and non-binary characters in Discovery and many strong female characters. I fully support how the shows addressed many political issues such as racism and DS9 was pro-union. I am now watching the DS9 Sid City discussions and fan-fiction. Awesome talent and people in those rooms.

Could not wait for the DS9 Panel! Awesome people very happy so much talent behind and in one my favorite shows! Peace and Long Life! All Love!
I saw a story today about a possible DS9 comeback. This panel just made me more hype
It would be ruined if they brought it back. Like everything else these last years
Wonderfully deep insights into DS9 & humanity as well.
Shout out Outer Sunset!
Greetings from exile in Kobe, Japan.

Wonderful panel and conversation. Thank you T7R and guests
Another awesome panel. Great stories from everyone. Welcome reminders of how groundbreaking and important DS9 was.
Lol, Hana Hatae mentioned Karl the Fog.
That is unique that DS9 made a map of Bajor of where they went to on the planet. I have never heard that the DS9 writers did that.
FANTASTIC!
