how about prime 2 for 800 meters?
There are 2 versions of this shoes! The one with 5 drop and the other with 8 drop. I am was wondering if this gonna play a role...cuz either way we step mid foot n toes...

dragonfly feels more natural for mid for foot striking it makes 10k efforts in competitions far more easy
@@robinbauer1975 the Avanti is a much smoother spike, I'd prefer it for long distance races
