  • Exercises, lasting 6 minutes (circuit training), are the right choice for everyone who wants to define their legs and buttocks, and loves home training.
    This training consists of 12 exercises, which are performed with the strength of one's own body, at intervals of 30 seconds, without a break in between.
    Exercisers who are in good shape can do this training 2 to 3 times in a row, with a 30-60 second break between laps (or video).
