There is no love interest in this movie... He was not checking out that woman in the office.. Its just the look on her face, her demure... he can relate to that .
This movie has more emotional angle than combat ... I think Miguel would have liked that ... Nevertheless, I am sure you guys would have a great time watching this.. and, it's based on real incidents.. only military tactics changed as real military strategy can't be revealed...
