I'm sure a lot of people will comment this - but that sequence of the young girl screaming her father's regiment's battle cry at his funeral is an actual event that happened. The sequence is a tribute of sorts to the actual incident.
That scene always gives me goosebumps

The moment whole India broke down !
And in addition to this, the young girl that acted the scene has lost her father in real life and is so close to her mamu (uncle from the maternal side) just like in the film. So, for her, this hit close to home and that scream & pain in her voice was as real as it gets. It shook the whole crew filming this scene.

Nothing really changed.. pulwama happened just after that with more casualties, and Poonch Rajori attacks are going on still now.. we are losing brothers left and right everyday..
Perception about us has changed the enemy, they know now we will hit back harder especially after balakot ( the scale of retaliation got even bigger) and our pilot released within days . Yes , We are losing lives but thats because of imp. articles revoked and we are pushing them off the edge , but look at civilian deaths , bomb blasts inside country since this , Drastically better.

That bus incident, the uri attack and that girl crying all happened in real and was done by our neighbour Pakistan, still gives me the chills.
