Grant and I have been working on a project that we cannot wait to share with you all. Any guesses on what it might be?? I love learning about different parts of my farm's operation. Drilling rye is something new to me!! What did you learn from the video? Have you checked out my clothing yet? If not, you really should.
Send me your favorite snacks!! Or stickers! Or letters!! Or things that are special to where you're from!! I love it all. :)

Love it when we all can ride along with you in tractor cab!! 👍👊
You two make a great couple. No wonder Grant is always smiling
I lived on the family farm in Connecticut from 1955 to 1964. It was a subsistence farm with 5 milk cows (we sold/bartered the excess), 3 pigs, 20ish hens (and a mean rooster), rabbits, endless farm cats, and a woodchuck-hunting dog. All this on 9 acres. We had one tractor, a Farmall Model A (go RED). I still consider these the best years of my life. What amazes me about your videos of modern farming is the reliance on electronic technology like GPS, and crop management apps. Thanks for keeping up with the tubes while you’re also at college. Very entertaining and informative.
Thank you Laura for the straight forward time line of the real farm operation....
million dollar smile.
...the camera loves her
Down on the farm again, thanks for sharing your life and times with us that watch your channel. Outstanding job young lady. Keep it up, your dad loves you more than you know. He needs you to take care of the crop. Thanks.
I'm learning alot about you farmers....all positive.... thanks Laura you are a great ambassador for your "field".....
I know it's been around for a few vids now, but it brings a smile to my face to see that there is now an intro logo! Laura Farms is booming big time and I'm sure more great things are on the way!
Very informative video! The variety of machinery and add ons seem to be endless, as with the constant work involved to keep it all moving! Got to enjoy the cuteness of Laura, Adam, and Baxter...super sweet! Loved it!
Welcome to Laura’s university of practical horticulture
Such a contagiously beautiful smile 😊
You have some very nice tractors on your farm good work stay safe 👍
Yay!! Was missin y'all again.
So cool to see how modern technology helps get the job done, I've learned so much that I had no clue about from watching your channel, thanks as always for taking us along. Stay awesome!!
XM Radio in the cab??? I wondered about the hours you spend there....and all the electronics. And thumbs-up on Baxter. A lab will spend ALL day with you and just chill....👍

Thanks for all the awesome informative information y’all no it like a boss
Oh My ?!! Breakdown in the rye ! Thank you Laura Farms. Have a fabulous week. Love Kelly ...!!
Love all your videos and all the hard work that you do on the farm . Your an inspiration 👍
Love seeing the planting over the radishes and turnips. Regenerative farming.👍
we used to call it "no-till" farming. The less you have to plow or disc, the less chance of the dirt turning to dust . and the topsoil blowing away ... and we all know what happened in the dust bowl days.
You did a wonderful job on your video
With the exceptions of the low profile hood scoop, bolt-on style fender wells, (and the license plate,) this is exactly like my truck. 2019 2500 HD. This one might be a one ton, but it has the "black sheep" look to it. VERY choice indeed. (opening scene, of course)
I’m a fan!!!!
Hi Laura ! I had 3 yellow labs in my life, couldn't ask for better dogs ! Great pheasant hunters too !!!
Great video again Laura good to see you back in the tractor 🚜, stay safe.
Baxter is too cute for words! 😭❤️
Always learn something about farming. Awesome video. 😀🙂🙃
I like how the arms swing in an then lift!👍
You are one of the UA-camrs that inspired me to start my own channel on sustainability! We live on a single acre with plenty of zoning ordinances restricting the type of lifestyle we can live. However, we are doing everything we can to live a lifestyle of self-sufficiency and documenting our journey here on UA-cam. We currently have gardens, orchards, a vineyard, chickens, honeybees and hope to one day install a solar system to go off grid. I love your channel, keep up the inspirational work!
Planting rye is a fun job! You are lucky because you had a green tractor with auto steer! Haha
Aaahw :-D I saw Baxter in your cab on your Instagram stories! Super sweet :-D
Awsome you get to get back in the tractor while going to college to get more knowledge!
Grant, you one lucky guy.
Still happy to see you are protecting your tiny hands with the work gloves! ❤️👍👏🏻
Ohhhhh that is coolllllllll The Drill folds in!!!!!
Geese/cranes are gonna love that field.
I love the graphics to your intro!!!!

Awesome. Thank you for sharing.
Great video!
You are one amazing young lady thank you for the video
Laura, you are so awesome. You make farming look like so much fun for those of us that have no idea how it's all done. I've learned so much from your videos about what equipment does what and what they are called. Didn't know how advanced the tractors have gotten with all the monitors and self driving features. Very cool. You've learned so much at such a young age. Thanks for the farming ejumacation. LOL By the way, I slowed down your singing and dancing segment. You've got moves. LOL Take care Laura. See you on your next video. = )

Hi From Murrysville PA
Seed tenders are life savers! Lol and looks like the bearing went out on that tire and maybe spun the nut off!
Watching in Norfolk England
As a baker it’s nice to see you planting rye as it is one of my favorite breads to make also your farm looks amazing I have a sixty acre farm myself but it’s a small operation mainly do cattle only plant a couple of the fields usually corn or soy beans how many acres do you have there
Thanks for sharing!
W O W . . . You will be at 70k subscribers by Noon today 😳😱🤭😎👍✅
Love your vids
cover crops very good decision. I like that. the secret is generate organic matter. soil ever green.
Greetings from Poland . Polish farmer
First thing that struck me was your work attitude (ethic if you will). You're going to be an incredible success with that get-it-done attitude. No fuss, just get on with what needs to be done.
Agreed. Laura is certainly not afraid of hard work!
Pretty cool! Didn’t realize how high tech the tractors were. Guess it makes sense though. GPS mapping of the farm.
Grants no fool.....keep Young Gun(Laura) Proud!!!! Show that Merch Grant!!!!
Really good Channel 😊😊
Saludos desde Donna tx.!!!!!!
1:00 man, that's well done, lol
seems you're all talking about farming, but i am going to have to state the obvious and say Laura's beauty is nearly overwhelming in this video.
Nice your graphic. I like so much!
I love Baxter!
Always a good day when a new Laura video gets posted
We love our 8345r
grant is a lucky man.
Hey from Australia
Awesome
Yeah, 1000th thumbs up by me.
Fancy new tractor with DEF
Hey girl what's up I'm from Norfolk Nebraska you have a good day
How about them farm girls !!!!!!
a drill is what we use to plant wheat and all that
Grant is a real cool dude...nice couple
Hi 👋
HI Laura :)
We have wild Rye growing in the canyons around our home. We love the fragrance that blow our way some hot days.
You could always travel U.S. 34 from Lincoln to south central Nebraska, or if south of the Interstate, U.S. 6.
Looks like the wheel & hub have sheared the end off the spindle. That will need a bit of work to replace that damaged spindle, bearing and possibly the hub also.
Baxter was the best part of this video for me.
New to the channel. Guessing you had to air seed the turnips and radishes?
Was it by plane/chopper or do you guys have a high clearance air seeder with drop tubes?
I’d love to plant a cover crop mix on our farm but we have small fields leaving a plane or chopper out of the equation.
Great woman
That whine of that ivt 😏 good John Deere
You have answered my earlier question. The cattle are coming to feed on the remnants of the previous crops. Does this qualify as intensive farming?
Que máquinas modernas.
cool luv ya but back in the day we had to drive em and omg fiix all the time lol
Laura, you do a great job of explaining the farm life. You never talk about the purchase cost of the equipment you operate. Example, Grant's JD combined is a $400,000 machine.
Can't get enuff laura farms. Love the videos. Subscribed. Notifications on.
I had to look up what you are planting because the seed is too big to be true ryegrass. It looks like it is winter cereal rye.
In New Zealand our pastoral system is based on perennial ryegrass pasture.
well ... one same "seed" can be called many things in different parts of the world.
You need a F Series
👍
👍👍
What will you do with the radishes and turnips? Do you harvest them or are you gonna just leave them in the ground?
I’ve always watched farming videos. Why I’m not sure. It’s just very interesting to me. When a beautiful woman does it, and clearly knows what she’s not only doing, but explains it so clearly, just makes it that much better. You post excellent farming content. Man you’re really farming. Like that wasn’t already obviously apparent? Just so much more than I ever thought about goes into it. I bet the cows must LOVE getting to eat the cover crops on so many acres! I was wondering what happened with the radishes and turnips. Are the fields fenced in enough for that? I have a hundred questions.
Don't fence me in ..
