That's not a house. That's a hotel.
That's a country
I would love to live in a hotel 😅
Ski resort
"600,000 dollars "
me : thats no so bad
"per month"
me : wtf
🤣🤣🤣👊🏾
maybe the best month, but since its in the mountains i would guess thats mostly rented only in winter times but idk
I laughed when he said "owners suite". They're all guest suites if you're renting.
@@christalmettbrotchen1298 No one likes winter
Incredible house, but they made some head scratching choices. The modern white kitchen. The small master bedroom. The Victorian faucets on the bathtub, when vibe is modern is other areas. Odd
Alright, I'll rent a house for 600K a month, here goes the list of must haves: Indoor heated olympic swimming pool, private ski mountain with cable car, private lake, private airport, sauna for 20 people, indoor sports court, 100 people party room, horse stable, dog kennel, a water park, indoor garage for 20 cars with access to the house, movie theater for 50 people, all state of the art furniture and tech available... and no neighbors in a 10 mile radius.
That's what 600K a month should give you, this property price is outrageous. Seriously, I'm almost offended.
You can have that but it's gonna be in Akron Ohio. Sorry for the confusion.
and wheres massage room with five cute thai chicks?
Absolutely, I agree with you 100%.
The landscaping is pretty good there, people who love nature will definitely love it!
That mansion is perfect for a whole family to go on vacation and enjoy a vacation away from the hustle and bustle!
Erik is right, it is already a private hotel, you are the guest, and you can also be the hotel manager!
If Erik invites me, I would love to go there for a vacation! Thanks a lot for sharing, really great job! 👍😍👏
couple of the guest rooms were better than the primary
Literally every, the bathrooms too
It truly is the size and scale that makes this house coupled with the breathtaking views and the natural light coming in. Gorgeous, gorgeous home.
Happy Easter!
Man I can’t get over how insane these Colorado properties are. You embrace the mountain living every time!
No you don't. It doesn't even have a wood burning fireplace for fucks sake.
Amazing bro
Great content
Colorado has the best houses imo
$5 million dollar shed? They would have to be fresh out of the nut house to pay that!
he is wrong its way less the currency was HKD so i guess 600k
Location is what makes it so expensive. Put this almost anywhere else in the U.S. and that price is down to under $20 million. Because aside from location, there isn't anything notable about the actual structure in comparison to others of it's size.
Very inspiring Erik!
glad you enjoyed
Keep up the colorado posts, love them!
one more from this trip coming...a rent comparison video of the CHEAPEST in Asepn to the Most expensive
Two days in a row I love it please keep em coming.
Why is there no sauna area?
it would increase the rent to $666,000 a month.
Two in two days! Sir you are spoiling us!
That's so awesome. I liked the great room, and the home theater.
This is an incredible home, Erik, and your tour was excellent, per usual. I have to be honest, though, that I can’t believe you were walking around the house in your boots after coming in from the snowy driveway. The flooring alone probably cost more than most people earn in a year.
You should do a tour of the various resorts up in Utah, Park City, Sundance, Solitude etc.
all that cost to still have neighbors
Great video, great location. I like the mansion / lodge home. Coool😀
the land on this property is everything
The sponsor advert at the beginning spoils the flow of the video 😐
First I would need to vacation in Colorado 😅 it looks gorgeous
Not as much as I would think but depends on all the staff and amenities. Could be fun.
14:35 That's a hospital-sized elevator car. You could wheel a standard bed in there.
Great video! Where is the new "Van" in your name coming from? Moving to the Netherlands? :P
You know why I subscribed you
One day I want to buy this type of home for my family
This are my dream homes and I watch it just to remember my dreams and work hard for it❤
lets go!
Many don't tour colorado and utah mansions in any other season but a snowy season. I want to see a tour of this place and the owl creek ranch property during the summer
Oh, that Pac-Man game brings back so many memories. I remember my friends I used to go to the arcade and play a day and night Pac-Man centipede Mrs. Pac-Man.🤣🔥👏🏾
wow that's an amazing deal! I would pay $600,000 per day for it 😺however thank you for the great tour Erik!
Thanks for watching!
Reminds me of the show Succession
Nice video upload, thanks Erik !
Glad you enjoyed it
Love the video. House is cool not my style, I could definetly see if you like skiing and the mountain view you would love this house.
If you get 18 people (2 per room) , that's 33.000 dollars, or 1111 per day. To live in aspen for a month, in a mansion, is not that crazy.
nice
was there no walk in robe in the master or did I miss it?
This is Amazing & love that they have a bit of History. Thank you for sharing! It’s a Beautiful, love the landscape Mountains are just breathtaking.
I like it
Large Shed like that.....guess 15 thousand maybe?.... Wow, 5 Million for Shed Art Piece that is functional
where is the suit? i love the suit!
Wow a Mega-Mansion with a kitchenette 😞…. beautiful place to rent but the kitchen and bathrooms are deal-makers or breakers for me. ❤
they need some love for sure
I'm rich, but this is nuts. I could take 5 rooms at the Little Nell for a month for about $150K and be right at the lift.
Awesome job erik drop a like
We can always dream
Does it still snow in Aspen?
I like these huge windows. Owner can drink wine then look down below and laugh at us peasants.
But still no helipad. Next please.
this is the HOUSE PARTY, but for a family not sure....
A chalet is for relaxing, not feeling lonely in opulence
Its a no brainer
Nice exterior, but it would feel too much like home in the big city - doesn't feel like I'm in the mountains when looking inside
Beautiful home, beautiful view but at *that* price point of more than 80% of anyones annual salary for only a months rent...never, not even once
They can rent the 30Mil house I work for. Cheaper and faces all 4 main Aspen ski mountains. Would you like to make a video about my house, Erik?
When the rental costs more than a palace you know it is not worth it
It looks like Cousin Eddy parked his tiny home on the patio.
average time between you saying "here": 18sec
I guessed $750k for the shed and thought I was way overestimating
Is the $69 million just for the house or a 100 acres of land?
It’s just bonkers how much money it would cost you to actually own this. I love this videos so much but they really depress me knowing how poor I am
People prefer to spend money on liabilities, Rather than investing in assets and be very profitable😒spend for necessities and a few small luxuries relatives to on's total assets ratio.
Is it any cheaper in summer? haha
If I completely emptied out my savings I could rent this house for a day and a half.
Can someone please explain to me if Erik makes money of touring these homes In his videos and if so how?
Besides the views on YT
This is a cathedral alright. One dedicated to excess
Here're the Cheat Codes in The Sims:...
to pay 5 mil to completely destroy and divide the terrace 👌🏻but otherwise amazing property. ln the wast influx of property tours, I really love watching yours
Mansion / lodge homes are the most beautiful in my opinion.
you would be a fool to pay 600,000 a month i grew up in aspen and at one time lived in smugglers mobile home park and from there i could see all the beauty of aspen
Yeah, it looks cool. But I do not get one thing. If I wanna buy a house in the mountains, i wanna be directly at the slopes. So I can ski in and out...
Backgammon? Good grief dude. Lol.
for 600k a month, i'd leave those doors and windows open w/ heat on full blast .... just saying ....
how much would it cost to buy?
$600k monthly mortgage would be on a loan of $90 million...though I assume that is peak season rental price.
Seems consistent if you consider peak season is the most expensive time of the year@@21subcool
The only person buying this is some Saudi prince who visits it once a year for like three days and the rest of the time it sits empty.
good
great
Who is this house for? Its the size of a hotel that sleeps 200. I mean seriously who the hell wants to live in a house like this? It must require a staff of 5 or more to live with you to maintain a monster like this. Who would even want to rent it for a month? What you take a trip with your family so you dont have to ever see them? I mean other than a place for some billionaire to launder/park their money, what pupose do houses like this serve?
Man I wouldn’t rent the White House for 600k a month even if I could afford it lol
You know you’ve watched too many million dollar listings when you say, wow 600K a month, how cheap 😂
The neighbors are literally behind the side fence?!?? What a rip off!
Owner’s suite was actually quite disappointing. Very small and not particularly n=luxurious. The other bedrooms actually looked nicer and far more spacious. The home theater was also very substandard. For such a huge house, there wasn’t really a lot of usable, well-thought-out space other than in the massive great room. It’s really a hotel, not a "house," as it appears to be designed only for short-term renters. It would need extensive reworking to be a family’s full-time residence.
Did anyone else click on the video cause you thought this was Chalet
Damn it, for $600k a month, ummm i want a bathroom for my bedroom. with $300k pricetag, i would also expect it. sorry for being so much co2 consuming tenant
pretty cool, but for 70 mil ?
Rich get richer
Perfect for squatters.
he not really say at 16:55 backgammon or ?
The house itself is very underwhelming for 70M. The property and the scenery are beautiful though. You are paying for the space/size and scenery, not the finish out of the house.
Well, as for the most high expensive objects.... you cant buy good taste.
It looks like a hotel inside. What is wrong with wealthy people that they embrace cold and sterile and not unique taste and style
My bros wife sacrificed comfort for aesthetics...now we all leave with sore backs after a visit bc the furniture is like this crap, UNCOMFORTABLE to say the least.
Now this place screams lux. It really needs more land to do it justice though.
That grand old feeling should stay in the olden days it’s 2024 we are American we are innovators not olden like them European 🤔
I have the money but i dont have 50 friends to guest
For 70 million dollars, I am not impressed. The views are great but the amount of neighbors in sight and the lack of uniqueness, is disappointing.
This oversized monstrosity is empty most of the time. How could anybody feel comfortable in this? Most the time it's rented by corporate sponsors who get to deduct the costs and that's just lovely but it's not a home
First 2 mins just ads.
So the first several minutes of this video is a commercial that's kind of annoying
You just get back from the dentist ? what's up with the lisp ??
I've seen so much better for a third the price on your channel. Even in my wildest dreams, I don't think I could ever feel "at home" in this hotel. I understand why it's so pricey just given the location. But I'm disappointed. Not a single aspect shows any sort of personal touch from any owner.
Anyone played the last of us?
id just buy a new house a month...
