Dude, you rock. Loved this series. You have to keep this up. I started watching because of the C5. I have a C5Z. But I love all your stuff - Truck, Vette, Jeeps, Cadillac. Did your sense of humor. Please keep it up. Lots of encouragement for this guy!
Never thought I'd be so invested into restoration of a stock tj jeep but I was...awesome job brother and yes...that was a HUGE undertaking...you just completed a complete frame off restoration...in your driveway with basic tools...well done
Replacing the old gas cap with an old gas cap had me chuckling. Sometimes you can put some dielectric grease on the gas cap 0-ring to see if that fixes it, then replace with new if it does.
man i have a 04 sahara tj and i enjoyed every single episode of this project , such an amazing job , giving the passion and love to these old wrangler , congrats for the great results 😁❤
That's a thing of Beauty. I was blessed enough to have purchased mine (97 Sahara) with 8k on it back in 98 and relocated to SoCal. Never truly off rd so in ok condition but nowhere as clean as your pc of art. I purchased a 2005 LWB Rubicon a few months ago w /100k miles that's a sm. project now. I just need your patience.
Fantastic adventure that was very entertaining. As always!! 🙂 I want to offer you a hint on those raised white Letter tires. Use a BRILLO pad on the letters to bring them to perfect white! My favorite tool for cleaning the letters since the 70's! Great job and congrats on the finale!
I have a 2004 TJ I bought in 2011 with 50,000 miles I was dead set on getting A TJ. It took forever to find a decent one Even back then. I would honestly tell someone buy ATJ with high miles that someone has taken care of because they probably have replaced all the things at least once. I have replaced everything on my jeep some of them twice But I absolutely love it!!! Fortunately I live in the desert I don't have to worry about rust. Right now I have to replace the evaporator You have to remove the whole dash it's a $1000 job and I think I got a deal hopefully this is my last major expens good luck brother love your videos sorry for rambling
My great uncle has also a low mileage Jeep TJ his is a 2002 with 46,000 miles on it he has used it as a tow vehicle and still uses as a fun thing to drive
Excellent work, glad you finally got all the gremlins worked out and your Jeep completely sorted. Hoping to see an update on your Corvette soon! My 01 C5 Convertible is in process of getting a cam installed. Hopefully it will be back on the road this weekend with an awesome sounding exhaust, and considerably more HP/Torque which will be even greater once I get it tuned!
Nice job Jake. You have come a long way from the 78 Camaro! Too bad I moved, we could have done a project together! Enjoy! Did is awesome, tell him I said hi.
Stant gas cap works better than the Murray I got for free at the emissions place.poped the code again a few weeks later and the better cap solved the problem. I carry the code reader to clear or check codes easily.
So glad my low mileage LJ was about as perfect as it gets at 20k when I got it. Its the Rubihara special edition so its wasn't used much, I'm certainly using it now while trying not to destroy it in the process. It's gotta get used like a jeep tho, ornamental jeeps aren't as much fun.
I'm sorry if this is going to be a long post but I have a 2000 jeep wrangler sahara that I bought 8 years ago and I thought the frame was in good shape and after 2 weeks I bought it started to look like swiss cheese so I bright it back to the dealer where I bought it and they fixed it on their dime fortunately and I have had to do a lot of other repairs since then and including another frame repair job I think in 2020 or 2021. Also my jeep was relatively low mileage it only had 76,000 or so miles on it when I bought it but it sat more than it was driven I think so that's why I had to do so many repairs on it from the frame to the water pump then the next day after the radiator and of course the brakes I did the fronts myself 2 or 3 years ago and the rears by a shop and did I mention I had to have new brake lines put in also. I just about 2 weeks ago or so I had the rears done all the parts replaced except the wheel cylinders.
Bro we are living the same life lol! Although my TJ has almost 300k miles on it and is on its second engine. the frame isnt as bad as what you had but it still needs some work. Keep at it man im here to see you overcome the struggles!
Love the videos, she looks awesome! Great great work as I've done a few myself so I know how much it took. That said, when you fixing the rear wiper? it's little off :P lol
I couldn't offer any advise because I'm mechanically declined, but I was there supporting you through each video. Job well done!! Now, what's going on with the C5?
Dude I like your videos so I want you to have an easier time in the rust belt or just working on cars in general so you can keep producing content. Please buy yourself the Milwaukee high torque 1/2 inch impact gun and then the high torque right angle impact gun. It’s a game changer
So are you going to tell us how much money it took to get it too this level of perfection? When I watched the first video I could not stop. You and your crew ( Dad and Friends) did a great job.
The first time I watched it, I thought I saw smoke at 12:00 before your eventual fix a couple days later. Or is that just smoke coming from the compressor?
She's a bute Clark. Now go have it appraised and get "stated value" ins on it. You won't regret it. It's worth more than they will give you if it gets stolen or totalled.
I'm curious what you did with the crusty rusty frame... I'm actually looking for a bad frame like that for "experimentation" .... don't want to do it on my current frame which is solid
Dude, your videos are great, and are pretty handy, STOP putting yourself down. Keep up the good work!
Real

Congrats! You did a great job. Looks like a brand new Jeep.
Never thought I'd be so invested into restoration of a stock tj jeep but I was...awesome job brother and yes...that was a HUGE undertaking...you just completed a complete frame off restoration...in your driveway with basic tools...well done
You did a good job on that Jeep. Not a small project. Its looking good for sure. Congratulations

That is a nice looking Jeep love it. I have a 2004 TJ got new now 77K miles and love it. Keep up the great work.
Well done. Keeping her stock is great and the best way to enjoy it. God bless
Wow! Beautiful. I'm looking for one myself in the UK in pretty much the same spec - Black TJ Hardtop 4.0 Sahara. Great work.

Sick video man, it’s awesome to see what it took into making that TJ look PRISTINE!
Enjoy that Jeep. They are great vehicles. Feels better since you pretty much built it, not just bought it. Congratulations

You’re not done, it’s a Jeep. You are just getting started. So many mods.
Stant gas cap works better than the Murray I got for free at the emissions place.poped the code again a few weeks later and the better cap solved the problem. I carry the code reader to clear or check codes easily.

Love the videos, she looks awesome! Great great work as I've done a few myself so I know how much it took. That said, when you fixing the rear wiper? it's little off :P lol

U will definitely learn w a jeep. Had one for years & called it just everyone else’s parts, lol.
Now i want a TJ 😭

I did all and more for a vac leak on my jeep turned into a project that lasted years of searching. I did it without smoke but was hell
Awesome now you can drive it daily now
Damn, it sure is beautiful.
The first time I watched it, I thought I saw smoke at 12:00 before your eventual fix a couple days later. Or is that just smoke coming from the compressor?
Just watched the rest of the video! What happened to dad's leg?
She's a bute Clark. Now go have it appraised and get "stated value" ins on it. You won't regret it. It's worth more than they will give you if it gets stolen or totalled.
I noticed your NRHA shirt from Gateway racing off of rt 203. I won't ask your spot on location, but are you close to the St. Louis area?
Whats the word on the 7.3?
I'm curious what you did with the crusty rusty frame... I'm actually looking for a bad frame like that for "experimentation" .... don't want to do it on my current frame which is solid
I had to replace my gas cap as well. 2004 Jeep.
Love the videos
Next step, diesel swap it😄
An 1HD-T would be a nice candidate 🏴☠
The logo 😂😂😂
bro ur profile pic is crazy
beautiful, but why an awfulmatic
Any new 7.3 content?
Jeep ruined its reputation by being "Rust Buckets" What good is a capable off roader when diagnosed with Cancer Rot?
Jeep Wranglers are garbage. They handle like a shopping cart. Overpriced, over hyped, keep your rubber duckie rusty junker.
Somebody get this guy a woman!!!
