--- a. Apple Valley Estates, LLC has submitted a reexamination and re-approval request for the unbuilt portion of the Apple Valley Estates subdivision which was approved for 48 houses and a recreation building on 92.46 acres located off of Pinewoods Road.
--- b. Masijudul Salaam Mosque has submitted a development review application to expand the existing parking lot and increase the occupancy of their existing building located at 240 Bartlett Street. Item was continued from the January 8 and 22, February 12, March 11, and April 22, 2024 meetings.
5. OTHER BUSINESS:
--- a. Presentation from Raise-Op Housing Cooperative.
6. READING OF THE MINUTES: Motion to adopt the March 11 and April 22, 2024 draft minutes.
7. ADJOURNMENT
